Tom Thumb is no longer customer friendly, based upon my experience. They use tactics with an intent to deceive. Just returned and there was an item with a sign by it and huge font said 4 for $5. That’s a good deal. At checkout they rang up $2.49 each. I called it out and cashier said, can’t do nothing about it, take it to customer “service”. Stood in line and after much deliberation the Tom Thumb person said - oh, this is only if you have your groceries delivered. (BTW, another example of deceit - “free delivery” if you pay $99 a year. What part about paying $99 is free?) They now intentionally deceive their customers. How is it a city like Dallas, basically only have a choice between a deceptive Tom Thumb and a dirty Kroger. Remarkable really.

Excellent customer service. I had a prescription that needed to be transferred to another state. This was done expeditiously. When it was time to transfer the prescription back to Texas, the pharmacist acted quickly to get my refill processed. With that, I am very happy with the service I received this Tom Thumb pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff appear nice but are sadly dishonest. I called three times to ensure a medication was filled on time. Still the day it was to be filled it is immediately put on hold. Please do not give me fill dates that cannot be honored. Disrupting a person's medication cycle can dangerous and even life-threatening.

The young girl that help me get the prescription is pretty nice and patient but the older Asian woman, probably the pharmacist is really rude

The pharmacy generally does a good job taking care of patients. Unfortunately there is no delivery. There is one pharmacist that is just not nice, Dave. Not sure what his problem is??

Limited food selections - shelves overstocked with Safeway brands, which limits space for name brand items. I used to love this store, but if I really need things, I have to drive way over to Kroger. Even the nearby Walmart has more name brands than this Tom Thumb, and the Walmart brand items are 5 times better than Safeway brands. Way to go Safeway! You ruined this Tom Thumb!

I liked this store at first but the produce isn't great and the baggers often put raw meat in with veggies or cleaning products in with food.

First time customer here. Horrible customer service, employee named Serena threw my raw chicken breast and bag of chips. I gave her my card to pay and she rudely pointed her finger to the card reader. She didn't greet me or provide any customer service, and as I left I thanked her and she glared at me angrily. I expected way better service from a seemingly nice place, but unfortunately I'll continue shopping at Walmart where I sadly find service way better. Wish they had self checkout so I wouldn't have to deal with the horrible customer service.
