Collins St is not even a 1 star review. They gave us the wrong prescription when my daughter lost her baby. They repeated her name and birth date but gave us MY prescription. We don't even have the last name. The latest they told me that my medication was ordered and would be there in 2 days and then I was told it on back order at the warehouse so they could not get it. I switched to another pharmacy and got it within an hour.

Always fill my prescriptions super fast. They are easy to get ahold of if I have any Qs. The staff is very friendly. I moved closer to another pharmacy but I still make the drive here because it’s the best!

I don't understand the negative reviews. Efficient service and very helpful staff. Perfect in my book. Maybe the haters should look in the mirror.

I live in this neighborhood so would love to have a close grocery store to shop. However the customer service is so bad at this location, I'll drive further to avoid this location at all cost! They never have checkers and when they do, they act as if you are inconviencing them when asked to do their job. I went in today and due to weather there were NO checkers. However, there was an employee cleaning the self checkout stations. When her MANAGER asked her to check me out she was extremely rude to both of us. This is not an isolated incident. You have to specifically go and ask for a checker otherwise it is expected you will self check out. If I wanted to check groceries I would apply for a position!

I just came here right after 5 for a flu shot and they told me they can not give me the shot after 5 PM because they don't have enough time for the paperwork. They close at 8 PM and there are only 2 people waiting to pick up a prescription. I don't understand how 2 staff need 3 hours for a flu shot paperwork.

Abbey, the pharmacist herself is a great person. But what has been happening in the pharmacy itself here recently is sad. I received a call about a prescription that was ready to pick up today. Upon arrival, I come to find out they insurance company had not been contacted about the necessary changes and then after that was handled and upon finishing my shopping the prescription that was supposedly ordered was not even ready and I would have to return for it on Monday. I can appreciate having problems due to Covid-19, but this has not been the first time this has happened and it is getting annoying. I don't like leaving a store upset and almost without a needed prescription as I was able to get at least some of it so I could go on.

So I'm checking out and this woman Jan was who I was checking out with. I set my basket on the counter and said I'm going to get a coke which was 10 feet away. I picked it up and this woman started helping someone else. I couldn't believe it. Then after she helped the person she DEMANDED that I unpack the small little basket. RUDE HUMAN BEING. This is the second time in about two months I've had this crap. I'm tired of the extremely poor attitude and the fact that these people are just getting away with this type of attitude in a service industry. It is time for these people to get fired. I will be calling the corporate headquarters in the morning. I will not be treated like this when I did nothing to garner such RUDENESS.

This store does not mandate that masks be worn by everybody. I will not do business with any Albertsons or Tom Thumb store unless they mandate masks!

We went in here and grocery shopped for the week. The cashier was awful. Unfriendly and cold, never spoke to me despite my hello and TINY attempt to make human to human contact. If I'd known this was going to be my experience, I would have gone to Walmart and saved money. Won't be coming back!

I have been coming to this location for about 12 years now have seen a few good employees transferred to other stores but mostly bad managers depart. I hope we see the exit of Gary the ineffective gladhanding manager at this location who talks a great game but doesn’t do anything to make positive changes to this store. Over the years I have done less and less and less business at this Tom thumb and for that reason I avoid Tom thumb‘s in general. It’s not too much to ask for 2 8 ounce filet mignon‘s at 20 something dollars per pound. But it’s downright disrespectful to try to sell me 2 16 ounce cuts simply because they’re already pre-cut. The people are rude and they simply do not care, therefore I don’t care about this poor excuse for a grocery store. By manager Gary I hope you are relocated out of the store because all you do is talk.

This store was our main grocery store for about 4 years while we lived in this area, and from time to time I'll find myself shopping here for some of their Signature brand items I've come to enjoy (and because Bath and BodyWorks is next door). However, the reason for the Fair rating is that unfortunately they have some pretty bad issues with their packaged produce. I once had to turn in a packaged salad I spotted because it had a large insect clearly visible inside of it. Although this was some time ago, I finally felt compelled to review this location because I recently purchased a bag of their Organic Yukon Gold potatoes, and when I brought them home and began cutting into them, they were all green. Consuming green potatoes is potentially very harmful because it indicates a presence of a toxin. I had to throw the whole bag out (and we all know organic produce is not cheap!). Usually green potatoes are weeded out before they hit the shelves. After this incident and others before, I would not recommend their bagged/packaged produce here. Also, the vibe from this store sometimes makes me feel a little unsafe. I've witnessed a lot of rudeness between customers and with employees in this store as well. I'd recommend to come with a friend, or come early in the mornings, and park in a well lit area or up front. This location often attracts large groups of hooligans in the parking lot at night.
