I will never shop at tom thumb on Gaston again they where not helpful at all well I lost my phone in a Uber car went shopping in tom thumb realized I lost my phone I asked if I could use the store phone I guess he was a assistant he told me we don't let costumers use the phone I just wanted to call my daughter so she could call another Uber. So I went outside I asked someone if they could call my daughter

It's small but has everything I need. The aisles are clean and well-organized, the butcher counter is fantastic, and their store-brand items are high quality. It feels like a neighborhood store should.

Visited this Tom Thumb location to get flowers for my Grandma and the service was incredible. Diana did such a great job helping me pick out the right flowers and making it all look pretty. Needless to say, my Grandma was very pleased with them!

I rather go here because the prices are just incredibly expensive and guess we're paying for all that floral department they have I'm not sure exactly why the prices are so high but I've never enjoyed shopping for my family at the store it's cost too much

i was here not that long ago .. ALL I HAVE TO SAY THE FLORIST SECTION customer service is horrible !! they tried to over charge me (scam) saying i would need to pay for their labor & tax .. saying tax went up to $8?! BOTH managers that attended me were no help , both kept stalling. I wasn’t about to waste my time talking to two people who doesn’t know how to do basic math , so i went to another tom thumb GOT THE SAME FLOWERS & VASE , same price as well for $42 when it should’ve been that in the beginning. At this location i was getting charge $75?! .. BS

The self checkout register didn't have the handheld scanner, therefore I requested help in the screen and the guy working that station saw the blinking register and didn't come to help, we just kept staring at each other until I had to say something to him. I'm not sure why he didn't want to come help but I thought it was rude

Priced for the upscale location, but dirty, dimly lit, horrible shopping experience. If your goal is to charge as much as WFM or Central Market, then provide a comparable experience.
I checked the price of heavy whipping cream many times, it was labeled $3.49. Nope, at checked out $5.99. I told help about the price discrepancy, he just offered to take it back, did not offer to correct it to match the labeling. Same thing with milk - 1/2 gallon is $6.99... Had these items been labeled with correct pricing, I would have not picked it up in the first place. What a scam.
Not only is this store dimly lit, dirty, and offers a poor shopping experience, but now they label things with cheaper price and charge you more at checkout. There was flour track across the aisles which made the floor slippery, I called for help and asked them to clean it. They didn't seem to have any help to clean it.
Sams club offers a way better shopping experience than this store does.
If they want to charge upscale price, then they should offer an upscale shopping experience.
