I like this place for my daily grocery shopping, but I have bad experience with their delivery. Every time I order stuff online, they deliver it with missing items which they say was not available at the store. I went to the same store once, right after the delivery and was able to find the same items missing from my order😒

I always stop at Tom Thumb Northwest Highway and Caruth first while out doing my grocery shopping. Clean with a wide, fresh selection. Oh and did I mention it's clean ✨ with a wide and fresh 🍅🌽🥦 selection?

They have moved the boiled shrimp and sauce premade paks to tje front of the store and allow them to completly thaw and become limp and soggy. They use to be all right when left in the back but now are gross. Close to spoiling !Buy it frozen !

I do everything I can to avoid this Tom Thumb, because there is an issue every single time I go in. Things are never labeled as priced, and the staff is a level of Rude that is inconceivable. From the cashiers all the way to management. There is absolutely no standard of customer service, problem, resolution, or just common decency respect. It’s like ran by a gang of workers that all support each other being as rude as possible. God forbid you have a problem or a return, get ready to be berated until you were out the door. I would do everything you can to avoid this location, and I know if the corporation Tom Thumb knew how the store was being ran, they would clean house. Zero out of 10 recommend.
