I really like this store. Everything is nicely stocked and employees are really friendly. Much more friendlier than those other stores. Make sure you register as a member to take advantage of the lower prices. The membership is free.

We recently went to the store's bakery and we were immediately helped. She walked us through the options of ordering the cake, gave us awesome decoration and coloring ideas. She was so very helpful. The cake turned out so cute with fun details, and it tasted great! I wish I remembered to take a picture.

This Tom Thumb is huge but they never have what I'm looking for. I like the Tom Thumb brad instant coffee "Signature". I've went there several times & they were out every time. If people are quickly buying them out, then they need to double up on their orders. If the source runs out quick they need to pad their stock when it's available. I may have just been going at the wrong time.

I placed an order for delivery of my groceries and selected a “6-10 pm” time slot. I received confirmation at 1:24 pm and the app informed me that my order was packed and ready by 5 pm. At 9:45 pm the app and an email told me that there was a delay. I reached out to customer service, who just directed me to call the store. I called and was informed that the delivery section stops at 8 pm and then was hung up on. I called back and got another person, repeated my issue, and was told all I could do was call back at 8 am when the manager was in to get it sorted. While I understand the customer service employees at the store cannot do anything about the app giving an option for 6-10 when they don’t deliver past 8 pm, that doesn’t explain the time frame between 5 and 8 when my order still never arrived.Needless to say, I contacted costumer service again and cancelled my order altogether. Disappointed.

I have been a customer for twenty three years but not another single day. While leaving the store my carts wheels locked up. I grabbed my bags togo to my car. When Rachel S. Ran up and demanded to see my receipt. Last time I visit this store. Very rude, accused me of stealing. Not my fault your carts sucks.

The food from the deli is awesome. Ganell is a great cook and his customer service is above awesome. He should be teaching how it's done. When you go in, the deli will be on your left. Ask for Ganell for great service.

I usually shop very early on Saturday morning. I will admit that I am terrible with the self-bagging. This morning, a wonderful Tom Thumb employee named Yvonne volunteered to open a register and check out my purchases. That was exceptionally thoughtful.

Items on shelves are either broken, dented, or damaged in some way.Several times I have purchased items that were expired and did not realize until I returned home.Employees are slow to help at self check out.Popular items are almost always out of stock.This store is close to me but I now go to the Tom Thumb on Lovers / Greenville because they don’t have these issues.

I just received the most disrespectful rude aggressive experience at Tom Thumb 04/02/23 12:31noon from cashier ANDRE. I approached the register to have my items scanned and bagged, Andre was immediately rude he didnt speak, make eye contact, he didn't even ask if i would like to use my rewards card. Andre began throwing my can soda and my tomatoes. When he was finished scanning my items i made the purchase then asked Andre if he could bag my items. Andre made his first eye contact with me replying 'NO YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF THIS IS THE EXPRESS LINE, I NEED TO MOVE ON TO THE NEXT CUSTER', immediately i was shocked and confused thinking TomThumb store #3560 under direction of store Director Michael Teer, had changed their customer checkout policy. I asked Andre if i could apeak with a manager his reply was also shocking as he told me 'you need to go get her yourself' eventually after i pleaded with him to either bag my groceries or get a manager, He then screamed out across the store for the attention of the manager. The manager approached asked how she could help i breifly told her the problem. She immediately began to bag my items apalogized all while Andre was talking over her expressing how angry he was. I grabbed my things and proceeded to go to customer service to ask for a the GM as Andre's behavior was unacceptable ! Andre began to antagonize me while i stood waiting. To the point that a customer service worker had to ask him to go outside to retrieve carts. After speaking to another manager i did not feel safe and had to be escorted out of the store for safety. The treatment i received today at TomThumb #3560 was very heart breaking and scary. I am afraid to go back and shop there because Andre's temper and behaviors are unpredictable. I pray no one else has to experience this type of behavior at the hands of cashier Andre.

So I've been to this store a few times as I live pretty close. It's convenient, but lately I have not been wanting to go to this location. They seem to have issues keeping the shelves stocked, and more than once I have bought something that expired more than 4 months ago yet their people didn't remove it from the stock. The workers aren't terribly friendly, they're not mean, but don't get in their way as they won't stop their carts for customers. It does have some good stuff but the experience just leaves me not wanting to go in unless I have to.
