If I could leave a 0 star I would! I made a drive up and go order yesterday night so I could pick up after work and not have to worry about groceries for the rest of the week. When I received my order and got home my strawberries were damaged, they were put in the same bag as the corn, the corn was full of red since the strawberries leaked averywhere. My 5 dozen eggs were broken, the Roma tomatoes were more like Roma pasta sauce and my watermelon was damaged! This is the WORST Tom Thumb I have shopped at through mobile orders. The quality of the products were terrible and who ever picks the orders doesn’t care about customer service or quality of basic human dignity.

They didn’t have what I was looking for today… And for what it’s worth, none of the other stores do either. I have to order online. Anywho, the pharmacist was so nice in assisting me (friendly and polite nice smile) that it made the blank trip worth it.. and their store is always clean!

Clean. Friendly. Convenient. I love shopping in the area where I work, live, and play. This convenient location is great, but the people make it better. The managers are friendly, the cashiers are helpful. Everytime I go in, someone asks if they can help me. Thank you all for serving our great community!!!

Had excellent service today (9/6/24) when checking out . Checker was Garrett and sacker was Ashton. Garrett was very quick with checkout and friendly. Ashton sacked groceries properly and quickly. Great to have someone sack groceries properly and willingly. Nice to have service with people who seem to be happy to have their job.

Karen was so helpful! Plus, the meat department here was great. They were able to help with butchering the st. Louis pork ribs I bought.
Pretty disappointed in the slow pickup time.

Is a nice store but sadly there is an employee who works at the grocery section is extremely rude to women and hi thinks that the other cultures or races are allowed in the store

I went in this past Saturday, in need of a last minute corsage. Thankfully the 2 girls in the floral department were able to help out. They really came through last minute.
