I felt profiled here. I asked the chicken guy if he was checking out. He told me to go to the front and announced -Customer Service 01-I worked at Whole Foods and we had codes for shoplifters. We stopped to eat and saw the manager at the front door. Maybe it was how I was dressed? FyI - I work in IT and unlike most of the people that shop this location I don't care about wearing name brands. Your profiling the wrong people and losing money because I am going to Flores store on Beltline and Preston.

Our baker cancelled on us last minute so we came here for a custom cake. Suzanne in the bakery saved the day and was able to create exactly what we wanted on a super short notice.

The store was not clean and the products were far from fresh. This was quite disheartening as I always shop and refer people to Tom Thumb. I found the nearest associate and returned my items before checking out. The shelves were dusty and disheveled, dirty floors, aged fruits and vegetables, cucumbers soft and starting to wither. I hope the management of this grocery store takes note. This location and the one in Oak Cliff do not meet the Tom Thumb Randall’s standard.

Some of the workers are kind but for the most part I felt like I was being followed around the store, but the restroom was clean and the products seem to be in order...

$50 spent on flowers that I arranged. Message to my kids because this review is not worth my time...And I want to take them back based on the woman crushing the flower, my flower in her hand to prove they wouldn't wilt despite them already starting to wilt without opening up.Drops micAnd it's been less than 24 hours that I bought them. The woman being the floral manager. There is something called righteous anger and she bullied me. Violation of my civil rights. It's illegal.

Put on some in question is 2727 Live Oaks,After working at this location 2727 Live Oaks for a shortIt may have been only 2 weeks in I was told as a,"one shift manager went through another shift manager, ""if I scan and bag any items I would be written up.I've already been told by the department manager not to do that, so of course I asked the other cashiers if they were informed the same thing from the same shift managers, no they were not.The harassment continues another shift manager informs me my area needs cleaned, she tells me to do it three times in a row she says it's not cleani enoughInform her that I cleaned it already I let her know that I'm off the clock, she says just goThe harassment continues the manager of the department steps in front of the belt is I'm still bringing up the, the manager is standing feet apart from the the customer saturate the belts where the food.Says to me come on you and me both are cleaning up this belt together, I look at the manager and look at the customer the manager finally recognizes the customer standing thereSays oh my apologies I didn't see youI went straight to the manager of the store to State this harassment the shift manager insists on a meeting that I did not wantOf course I said forgiven and forgottenThe harassment continues, a new shift manager shows up sees me checking the time on my phone, immediately says, ""I can take that phone away from you you know that don't you.A different shift manager shows up change the cash register computer glitching, helps me with a transaction moves me aside to avoid the transaction so they can make their complaints to the manager that I messed up the transactionSo I called 1-800 number I no longer work there I let them know about the harassment nothing was doneThey do not deposit all of the employees are names at one time as they should they wait for each pay. giving it out in increments at their disposal as they choose toThe Live Oaks location pays 1 dollar less hour as the other locations, Field Street

Bathrooms are gross toilets are shaped to where if you have to poo or pee your pants will be touching the floor or the toilet itself because they but and install dumb stuff. Go somewhere else if you have to poop. Tom thumb always did suck. Goto a Kroger or even better Central Market.

Thanks Patrick for your true above and beyond service!!Update 2023 this Tom Thumb still WOWWWWW’s meSo I ordered Drive Up & Go and when I received my order they had sent my notification telling me my order was ready they had substituted my Catfish for some fish that was $15 more of course I wasn’t happy!So I called and got Isidro and he explained to me he would take care of it. It’s people like him that makes the world a better place and go above and beyond to see to it customer service is handled properly and how it should be!Thanks Isidro !!!’n

The number one reason to shop here is great prices for items on sale. Kroger is frequently cheaper, but I like the employee owned (whether it’s true or not) Safeway claim. Employees are frequently unaware of store policies, and will argue with you if you request a rain check, price match, etc. Strangely, even some GMs have little knowledge about policies. I’ve always had this corrected once a phone call is made to the national Customer Service number. One time I was purchasing a roll of gift wrap with a mark down sticker, and the manager told me it was a mistake, ripped off the price tag, and returned the item to stock right in front of me! I bought the same roll of gift wrapping the next day at another Tom Thumb- you guessed it- at the markdown price. Cashiers at night have frequently refused to honor posted sale prices on the shelves in various locations if something rings up wrong, even when shown a phone pic of the shelf sale price. Very puzzling. I usually just go to a different Tom Thumb the next day, where the sale is honored.
