Today 8/3/25 3:38pm Older cashier treats people of color, rude.... I come here 2 to 3 times a week for watermelon & lottery.. Today I had a $5 bill that wouldn't work... I asked if she could give me one & she says u have one in your hand, then says u need to scan your ID, which i already had my ID scanned with $10 already in there I tried my $5 4 times it didnt work... instead of her giving me a $5 she went and tried to make it work... Her demeanor her tone... was rude... and its the second time she's been aggressive toward me.... I won't be back its other Tom Thumbs... I will go there....

I was in the area and needing munchies. Surprisingly their Deli was real good. Mac n cheese was superb, Green was good and warm. Chicken was excellent. Maybe I am an easy eater? Or perhaps I was hungry? The young guy behind the counter was super helpful. Cheers

The customer service is beyond wonderful at this store. Dee, is always so helpful and kind. The fresh baked cookies are the best and great floral arrangements.

This is my favorite Tom Thumb store. It is easy to shop here, and the customer service is outstanding. Dee is an excellent cashier. She gave me useful tips on how to use the Tom Thumb app. Brian is the deli guy. He opens early as a convenience to customers and he is knowledgeable as well. People like Dee and Brian are why I shop here....just a great store.

We always liked this store, close to our home until we had to return something bought by mistake. After we got home, realized they did not give us the correct amount from the return. My husband went back and the cashier gave him an attitude and it was their mistake ! Not sure if she was having a bad day or just had a problem that we came back for their mistake.Will not be shopping here again, plenty of Tom Thumbs in our hood.
