Plenty of selections to get what I needed while I am in town visiting. Be sure to take your parking stub to get it validated so you don't have to pay for parking.Hopefully Brenda will be your cashier. She is super sweet and a delight.

Wish I could give no star. As a doordashes shopping. You still have to pay $10 parking fee. Them you have rude, ratchet self check out "cashier's". As a first time dasher at this location didn't understand that doordash app tells you to scan qr code but tom thumbs faulty in that part and you have to enter all 5 digits in mobile look up. How's ghetto again. I'm literally in a high end residential area and from this establishment to employees..not to mention the guy literally scanning groceries while sitting down? Thumbs up tom.thumb. maybe now's the time corporate needs to make a walk through this location!

This is a great Tom Thumb, they have legitimately everything you could ever want. Great selection on pre made foods and everything in between. The only reason I give this specific location a 4 out of 5 is the pretentious customer base that goes to this store. I know this isn’t the fault of Tom Thumb but the customers who go to this store are so stuck up and act like they are the only customers who shop there. Everyone has their AirPods in and just want to disassociate their entire existence, which I can understand but the customers are legit lights on nobody is home. I saw a guy with his dog there and he was walking the dog, on a leash through the store. He couldn’t be bothered with anything except him and his little dog. Again, amazing store with amazing staff but the nasty stuck up people who shop here really ruin the entire experience.

Jackie’s attitude is TERRIBLE behind the customer service desk each and EVERY time - sheer unpleasant as though she doesn’t want to be at work along with the other representative that is behind that desk! Their 4 u coupons always have an error and when you go to get the price adjusted she takes it personal like it’s her money . NO MAAM this is my coin and I should be angry. Definitely escalating to corporate when I get a chance because the attitude is just that bad!!! Since she was not willing to assist I’ll dispute this with my crier card. Advice - get staff that are happy to be a service

You guys should absolutely consider training your inventory loss management people and how they implement their training when it comes to watching customers. I was made very uncomfortable by an African-American lady with dreadlocks as she faked ring up groceries and talk very loudly on the phone while basically standing there watching me. Meanwhile, there are women walking around stealing porterhouse steaks and she's watching me ring up groceries and pay for everything in my order. Let's just not make it so obvious it is supposed to be under cover. It's very offensive.Also I do understand you guys are short, staffed and struggle every day. It seems if you pay your employees fairly or give them hours,we could get a smile but a smile never hurts. Everyone is walking around, looking very miserable and overworked and underpaid. And I am watching all the African-American employees speak and show customer service to the Caucasian customers , but they frown and look away at their black customers and also follow them around the store not this is not OK.Just a note to remind you guys treat every customer with respect.

This store has gone down hill from when it opened, which is sad, because I used to really like it. It isn't as clean and the berries and produce are not rotated often enough.Also, definitely DO NOT do the Pick-Up and Go. Twice now I've arrived and cannot get the people to answer the phone to bring my groceries out. I have had to go into the store. The app doesn't work to notify them because the pickup area is in a parking garage with no service. When I finally go my order yesterday and got it home, they had not given me one of my items and the raspberries I opened had mold growing all over them. Again - they don't care and they aren't careful.Overall, I like that it's close to work and it is pretty clean, but management just does not seem to care much at all.

My go to store when I need something in a hurry…food, toiletries, etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Great seafood section. Not too expensive, and lots of tasty cooked meal for a good price. Yep, I like Tom Thumb!

To my surprise this place is rude and racist. Must comes from the top. I mean there was a guy working there and I hate to say it, white, that stared my friend directly square in the face on our ride down the elevator for NO REASON. My friend just ignored the ignorance and focused on the business in his phone. Yup it’s that silly here. If u are of a particular culture I would imagine I didn’t notice the Asian cop watching anyone else check out so…. Yeaahhhhhhh interesting to say the least. But great location!

This had got the be the worst Tom Thumb ever. First time I came here cashier charged me incorrectly for my item. Tried to give it another chance twice and both time Apple Pay did not work on the registers. This is the second time I've had to leave my groceries at the register because the Apple Pay they advertised did not work. On top of that the cashier tried to charge me wrong again until I pointed it out. There's a Tom Thumb down the street in deep Ellum, I recommend that one if you don't want to over pay and second guess if you're going to be able to purchase your groceries.

If anyone is planning on applying to work on over night, let me tell you it is a terrible idea. The overnight stocking manager Alex is terrible and cusses a lot. Really unprofessional and expects the workers to know "what they're doing" on the second night of working. Terrible night management, the company should fire him because a real manager is professional and helps their workers to be better together but this man named Alex does not do that. I am really disappointed and I expect there to be change on this situation. Terrible Terrible Terrible overnight management!!!

James, a store associate helping everyone at the self-checkout, is hands down the best grocery store employee I have ever come across. James was attentive to everyone at the self checkout, anticipated their needs and the flow of traffic, and was on his A game validating tickets. I was having a crummy evening until I came in, and James single-handedly improve my mood and the mood of my party. Tom Thumb knows how to hire great people.

Fairly nice Canadian chain grocery store. I wish we have it in NY. Very clean, neat and a lot more interesting, healthier varieties than my Stop and Shop. Lol!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The cashiers are rude, lazy and steal from you. I saw how one of the cashiers charged me for a snicker and then put it to the side. That same evening when I got home food items were missing. Today I went to buy cat food and when I got home I realized I was missing 24 cans of cat food when I called the girl I was transferred to was quick to reply and say no you didn't forget it here there is no bags of cat food left here. I don't know if she thought that I wasn't going to go back but I did, and as I walked in the door I said I don't know who took my bag but i certainly didn't get it. Suddenly she said oh it's here, so if it was there all along why did you say no it isn't here when I first called. Not only did I have to pay for 2 additional Ubers that in the first place I shouldn't have if they would have done their job but I certainly didn't even get some store credit for their fuck up. Also the every time we purchase meat from this place it's bad my boyfriend got food poisoning from eating their meat. I would stay away. I guess is time to find another store because this place sucksssss. If you think you are having a bad day, you are not, until you go to this place.
