I am a frequent shopper at Tommy Bahama retail stores and restaurants! I acquired my first silk shirt (see attached) and slacks just after their launch in 1993. I always stop by the NorthPark location when we're in Dallas, and - as with all locations - the staff are always cordial, professional and know their latest styles, fabrics, etc. I promise you will enjoy this store and your experience!!

Love the Tommy Bahama clothes. Although I didn't buy anything on this visit, found lots of options for future purchases.

In this tommy bahama store, employees didnt greet me nor my mother, but greet everybody else in the store. Maybe cause we're Asian American??

Retailers are perplexed as to why they're losing business in major malls. The management in this store thought it was OK to close its doors mid-day. "Be back Soon." What is "Soon?" 5 minutes? 50 minutes? Why would you not, at the very least, tell your customers exactly when they could expect to return to shop? "Be back at 2:45" for example. Maybe I should call before coming to the mall next time to ensure the store is actually open. I waited 10 minutes and left. I'll take my business elsewhere.
