Personnel was exceptionally nice and easy to work with! I misread the time for a return of a rental truck that I had used for an interstate move and called to see if I could take it later since I had important meetings during the day. They added some time to my rental and didn't charge me for it, plus were super nice about it!

Wish I could give negative 5 stars. I would. What a pathetic miserable store it is. All young kids "working" doing nothing, avoiding customers to ask a questions. Even if you say can you help me they keep going by turning head half way asking what I need, and of course telling me that they don't have what I'm looking for. What a miserable country we've become. Where's my old usa?

estube esperando por 40 minutos a qué me at ndieran por una estufa la empleada encargada de ahí llamada amada le hable y ella con los audífonos puestos cuando al fin n me atendió me dijo estaba en el baño y si no quiere esperar ballase a otro lado aquí yo soy la encargada obvio no compre nada u bisque otras opciones.... deberían de tener más cuidado con sus empleados si no quieren trabajar no vallan

I have contracts to build 6 houses in the next 6 months.. Decided to give the pro desk a shot for one of the lumber packages and truly couldn’t have had a worst experience. The quote was wrong and had to be fixed 5-6 times (I even provided the in-store SKUs because it was so inaccurate and it still had to be fixed two more times). After two weeks of errors, the order was finally placed. Then the delivery was late to the job site by over a week and we had to push the entire build back. We even removed any special order items to ensure an on-time arrival. Lastly, I just recently found out that the delivery didn’t include all of the purchased items (even though we jumped through numerous hoops to prevent this). Multiple crucial items are missing and the job will now be delayed even further as a result. Absolutely terrible experience.

Leslie at the return desk was extremely rude, I understand she's young but she has no home training. I returned something and she acted like she bought it for me as a gift and I was returning it because I didn't like it. Just plain rude for no reason

This Home Depot is the worst. I swore I'd never shop at any Home Depot again, but because of convenience went today after checking online to be sure they had what I needed. Of course, the product was not in the store. When I asked the young woman in the garden area if she could check the computer, barely removing her eyes from her cell phone long enough to send me to the customer service desk. She was clearly irritated to have her computer time on her phone by a customer. Customer service? Not at Home Depot, and certainly not at this location. NEVER AGAIN!

Today I went to this location to purchase a refrigerator and notice that if you purchase three or more Samsung products are purchased Samsung products totaling $2999 you get a 10% discount so I picked out a refrigerator and a dishwasher told me more than $3,000 also if you apply for a credit card and if approved you could get 25 50 or $100 off of $1,000 or more I asked a girl who rang me up in the back is it if that hundred dollar discount could be applied she said yes I go to the front and then the girl tells me with an angry looking face that you've already got a lot of discounts which were the discounts that were from the floor models discount or however home Depot does their pricing it was the price not discounted she rang the coupon for the $100 discount it came up with a $50 discount not 100 she said it wouldn't do it because it could not be combined but it did take $50 off which is total contradictory to what she said that it could not be combined now if she said you can only get a $50 discount she would have been saving herself from a lot of hassle and me too but I knew it was over $1,000 so it's supposed to be 100 the paperwork says you cannot combine the discount but the employee in the back said I could that is my issue and lastly it did take $50 off with the other coupons and without needing a credit card.

This store is a joke. It's filled with nothing but children who can't help do anything. Tried and call up there to check for an item and some Little girl answered the phone saying she couldn't help because they closed in 30 mins. I guess it would've taken her that long to look up an item. These kids are so incompetent. Please stop hiring children who don't know a thing about anything

Your sales associates suck. They're rude, they ignore you if you're seeking help and offer no assistance. I'm currently in the door and window area I've been waiting for 15 minutes and still no associatein site.

Curbside pickup isn't the best. I waited 10 minutes the first time I used that pickup option. The second time I waited over 15 minutes before I called and asked for my order. They didn't have a lot of vinyl sheet flooring options to chose from and same goes for the shower panels I'm looking for. That aisle had pallets of merchandise in the middle of it so it was difficult to squeeze through and look. It takes forever to get someone to help you in any department but I will say the employees have always been pleasant.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to give the Roswell Home Depot a lesser rating than 1 star... I certainly would if I could though. I ordered a shower alcove and doors on March 21, only to have it lost in transit multiple times. When it finally arrived and was picked up, we found the semi-frameless shower doors to be missing the "frame", towel holder, knobs, etc. Customer Support's answer was to return it for a refund and re-order, or call the manufacturer for assistance with obtaining the hardware. Needless to say, both options only served to delay the project farther. Home Depot really dropped the ball on this one and has really soured me to giving them any more business.

If there was a Negative star rating, I would have chose that. This Home Depot in Oak Cliff is the dirtiest place I have shopped. I went into the restroom and of 4 stall, three were disgusting, the 4th one had some in it, so I'm assuming it was either Ok or they couldn't hold it. this is the second time in two weeks that I've been in this store and I won't be going back. Disgusting. the management/district manager is not on their game.

Fourth time in a row over the last two months I've bought firewood that was wet at some point, and wouldn't light. What a waste of money, and a huge pain in the a** when inclement weather is happening! If the power goes out, you're doing a disservice to the local community by selling this wood.

This place is always a "Pigsty" it dosent matter what time of the year it is, place is always a pigpen. They're more interested in running their planogram than keeping the place clean and stocked appropriately. Its always Halloween in July and Christmas before the week of Halloween. I'm going back to Lowes, that place is never a mess.
