I reserved a truck rental online April 24,2024. I paid a $150 for the rental to reserve the truck. Home Depot Online Services cancelled my reservation without calling me or sending an email. I'm at the store and I hear " Unfortunately we can't accommodate you with a rental except you pay $150 again to make another reservation. Your money will be back on your card within 3-5 business days". They wouldn't upgrade me or anything to help me with this situation. I have to be moved out of my apartment today and I reserved this days ago in plenty of time to get a truck. And the 1-800 number for customer is TERRIBLE! Mrs. Lisa is the Best. At least she escalated the situation to upper management and they just talk corporate talk. Nothing To Resolve The Issue! This Terrible Home Depot!

This Home Depot is very subpar to others. The employees lack competence and professionalism as most look 19-20years old. On multiple occasions I've had to go through multiple employees to get an answer and then the answer be incorrect. I also paid $1600 to have concrete shipped to the store and guaranteed it would be in store. Arrived with no shipment delivered and incompetent employees. Corporate do better and hire people that can fulfill the job requirements x

This is by far the worst Home Depot on the planet, inventory NEVER is actually in the store that's online and the "employees" are unfortunately the least helpful or competent people I've ever talked to.

Way to go Home Depot- NOT. Ordered $1300 worth of patio furniture and told it would be delivered on Memorial Day between 6AM and 8pm. So, I said no to the parties and normal holiday fun to wait for them, as they didn't say that they would call before. Finally at 4:30 I get a text that my delivery was now to be expected on Tuesday. Thanks for wrecking my holiday Home Depot.

We picked out trees and shrubs and paid in full, we were told the items would be held with our name on. I had been in hospital and could not get my items sooner. We went today 5/24 and none of my purchases were there. Home Depot had NO right to sell my items that we had spent time selecting. When going to the store no one knew what was going on, very poor management. We and my family will no longer deal with such a disreputable organization and non honorable.

The associates here must all be playing a game of how many customers they can ignore. I walked by 6 associates and although they made eye contact they quickly looked away and not one asked if I needed assistance. I asked someone for lumber and was sent across the store. When I got to lumber I asked for assistance and the associate said I don't work in that department but he does. The associate said what I was looking for (cabinet shelving) was on aisle 38 or 39. Which was at the opposite side of the store. I walked there and those aisles were flooring. I did see the same associate in the area and he didn't ask if I was able to find what I was looking for. He did help a client that spoke Spanish but didn't acknowledge me. After spending about 25 minutes unsuccessfully looking for what I needed I walked out to drive to Lowe's

I found what I need it, but asking for help from employees felt more like you're asking for a huge favor, and you are disturbing them when asking for assistance. Two different representatives and both of them acted annoyed, and one even swear when giving an explanation...

I had to return an item in the garden center and received a very bad attitude from the employee. I asked to speak to a person in charge. I assume she thought that meant she, herself. She came out from behind the plexiglass and yelled "I am trying to help you" I was not scared at all, by the way. She asked for my ID twice while she was holding it! I guess due to the fact I am older, she thought she could intimidate me--SO not true. I have never seen such entitled, lazy people in my life!

Very poor experience here today first employee I interacted with needed me to do his job for him, and the second was the manager James, who instead of making me feel welcome to the store, did not want to help me find a solution to the problem I was having at all. If the manager doesn't want to help a paying customer then why are you there James? Retire if your job is too much for you man jeez give the job to someone younger and more enthusiastic to HELP guests that visit your store. The only reason I didn't give it one star was because there was a young lady on clock that cared to help me

Well MAJOR fail taking the kids to Home Depot. The employees wouldn't help me find the right specialty screw. They just said whatever aisle screws were on and I told them I already went to that aisle but there wasn't anything there. So one guy walked me to the aisle and said it should be at number 14, I'll watch you walk there to find it. Then he walked away after I said "it's not here". The employees seemed to be too invested with their convos with each other than to help a customer out. I'll be going to Lowe's from now on.

I give 4 stars because they were smart enough to hire Diamonte. He is the most honest and helpful person. When I tried to call to tell the manager about how helpful and honest Diamonte is, I got stuck in a phone loop for 6.35 minutes and then got disconnected. Hence the only 4 stars. Promote people like Diamonte. Work on your management department.
