It's a beautiful boutique, and I've been here several times in the past. In the past, the clerks were friendly and helpful. I went in last week and found several items I wanted to purchase, but I needed assistance. Several clerks were helping other customers. I tried to get the attention of quite a few clerks who seemed to be doing inventory. I was never greeted or acknowledged, so I left after about fifteen minutes. It was very disappointing. I really wanted to purchase two items from the boutique: a Lanvin bag and some gorgeous pearl and citrine earrings. Oh well!

Granted I wasn’t dressed to the ‘nines’ as I have a hair appointment where I need to dress comfortably and warm, but good grief, not a soul who worked there ever asked me if I needed help to search for a black tie dress and I wandered around for at least 20 minutes. Bought a beautiful dress there 20 years ago and don’t recall this kind of treatment. Goodbye Tootsies. You are officially out of my shopping rotation.

Tootsie's always has a curated collection of unique clothing for all occasions, from date night to work to formal events. Betsy Gallagher and the other salespeople are always willing to help, whether it's tracking down a size from another store or giving me notice of sales. I live 30 minutes to an hour away and it's always worth the drive!

I was so amazed by the clothes, shoes and accessories that the store had! I honestly had no idea this place is such a gem. They had high-end luxury items (Zimmerman, etc) but also more reasonable dresses and clothes in the 100-200 dollar range. The stylists are very helpful and very *stylish*

I came here for a fashion show and finance event and had a blast. I love my body oil purchase which smells amazing. The fashion show was good, I enjoyed the wine and also the small appetizers. The clothes were beautiful.

Came here for dinner and sat on the patio. The food was delicious. I had the beef fajita tacos with rice and beans. I also tried a spicy margarita - which was really good as well. The service was great and I would come here again.

Terrific experience, I found a great outfit thanks to a stylist, Tina V, who helped me. I had never shopped in the store before and Tina helped me find a few pieces that fit my style, she also had helpful suggestions on how I could style the pieces with items I already own. She has also been helpful in letting me know about upcoming store events, this was a terrific shopping experience.

Tootsies deletes negative Google Reviews so read Yelp for the unfiltered reviews.Tootsies has definitely gone downhill. I'm sorry to write this. The staff is now rude and outwardly discriminates against people of color. This was my first racist (and ageist) encounter in Dallas. After it occurred, I read their Yelp page and realized that I wasn't alone. The brands that Tootsies carries can be found at many other retailers so if you're a POC, I recommended looking elsewhere.

My sister came into town to look for a rehearsal dinner dress for her daughter's wedding. Several staff members passed us several times and didn't acknowledge us. It felt like the people that got help were people they knew. If that's the only clientele they need to stay in business then congratulations. But everyone else that may not be their regular clientele should shop elsewhere. I apologized to my sister that I even made the suggestion to shop there. Of course we can get these same pieces elsewhere and with more personal service. We live in the neighborhood but won't be back nor will I encourage anyone else to go. What happened to treating all people with kindness and hospitality?

Catherine, was extremely helpful she listened to my needs and gave me several options that fit my style, I honestly loved the entire shopping experience and I am very satisfied with my purchase, definitely coming back to visit with Catherine again.

I purchased a $1300 designer dress - I didn't realize it wasn't lined until I wore it - I have made multiple attempts to have the manager verify my concerns- he has never contacted me - as a matter of fact - no one in the store rarely returns your calls -the inconvenience in pursuing this issue isn't worth anymore of my time - please - consider another store before shopping at this one - Jill

TERRIBLE customer service!!! Actually, NO customer service would be more accurate. The Gap has better sales associates. How disappointing as it's right down the street from my house and does have cute things. Won't be going back nor will any of my friends in the neighborhood.
