We used to love the service here but recently they installed some janky automated crap that doesn’t work. I paid my bill and 5 hours later the system hasn’t updated to recognize my payment and give me my item. Why is it so hard to just retrieve my item from a person and pay someone on site?! I’m all for efficiency but this system has so many lags and it is just awful. I won’t be using this cleaner ever again so long as they have this system and poor customer service now.

I would give zero stars if I could. This place is the dry cleaners in my neighborhood and the first time I went they shrunk my sweater and ruined a skirt trying to remove a spot. I asked them to rectify the problem and the employee working said the owners were out of the country for a month and nothing could be done without them. Yet months later no one called me to provide any solutions for the damage they caused. I do not recommend this dry cleaners. Empire Dry Cleaners off mockingbird lane is the best!

WARNING DO NOT USE!!!!This place is beyond horrible. How they became a cleaners is beyond me. They will.damage your clothes, and send your stuff back worse than it was before you sent it to them. Once you give a bad review they will make an offer and then have some trash lawyer send you a letter via text.Take your business somewhere else. I have documentation for everything I said

Clothes came back with stains etc, white weren't washed properly you can tell they were cycled in dirty water, cleaners don't use bleach on whitesVery unprofessional, don't follow their policies as listed on their site, seeing how they didn't attempt to remove any stains including the ones they left

I wanted to find a dry cleaner closer to home, so tried out this spot. Unfortunately, my items came back days after they had been promised (and accordingly I did not have for a trip) and damaged (missing an eye hook that was there when dropped off). Staff could not care less and did not offer or grant any discount. I paid $75 for seven pieces and do not plan to return again.Service: Organic dry cleaning

I recently brought a rug to get cleaned and was very pleased with the service! They did a great job on it and the price was very reasonable. I even received a discount due to the rug not being steamed yet when I picked it up. I would recommend 100%!

I have been going to Top Hat for years. They are by far the BEST cleaners I have ever used. Last year the owner came in on a Sunday to deliver a dress that my daughter needed for a dance that night because I forgot to pick it up on Saturday. The owners are friendly and always happy to see you.
