Enjoyed my visit very much. They didn't have the puse I wanted in the store (other patterns) and I didn't want to order it, so they assisted me with finding another style with the same pattern and I love it. Very friendly and helpful.

I had to replace my shoes because they were a bit tight after ordering online, so I visited this store for an exchange. The lady who assisted me was incredibly efficient, and the whole process was completed in under 10 minutes. The store itself is quite small, so the selection of shoes, purses, and apparel is limited. I’d highly recommend shopping online for a wider variety.

I order this from your brand and u told me it’s waterproof, see the watch is not waterproof and for ur information IM not take sure or swimming with it !!!!!! Really im so angry i pay highly price for nothing. Only i use it 2 times . I will not pay anything from ur brand again

I've been shopping here since to move to Texas a few years ago. Totally five stars people are kind and helpful yesterday I bought a gift for my daughter for Christmas, it was a keychain wallet. I was able to use the partners discount a local charity event for the city. I have worked with a few other people there. There's a lady that is especially kknowledgeable about the products. When I looked at what I bought after I got home I was terribly please. It's a good homemade item.

Didn't feel welcomed! My husband took to the store as a birthday surprise (I am a huge Tory fan). He called ahead and had the items I wanted set aside, the sales rep was very helpful but the rest of the staff kept eyeing us as if we didn't belong, without speaking. I am NOT new to Tory, I am a VIP client at the location in Plano so being watched and not feeling welcomed was new for me.

Extremely difficult to get help or make a purchase if you don't fit a certain customer profile in this location. Go to the NorthPark location instead. They serve EVERYONE.

Traveled all the way from Lubbock to come to this shopping center! Yvonne was my sales assistant and she is AMAZING! She helped me find the perfect bag and informed me of all the features it offers including material, pockets, wear, etc. She was so incredibly friendly, I cannot stress enough how great this shop is and how great Yvonne is!
