We were coming from an hour away and trying to hurry and Jacob went above and beyond to help us out even though we were so close to closing time. He made the process so smooth and easy and took great care of us. He helped us have an amazing experience shopping with Tory Burch!

My day was made last Monday at the Tory Burch store! I purchased the fabulous Clear Pumps online and needed to get a different pair so I went into the store in Northpark. Jacob walked up and greeted me with a smile right away. He quickly helped me and my new pair arrived right away. We discussed the shoes and talked about how fashion forward they are and different ways to wear them. I cannot wait to debut them with frayed jeans and a blazer! Go see Jacob! He was so kind and knowledgeable and you don’t see that a lot these days. Tory, keep up the fabulous style!

A friend of mine had ordered a Kira sport sandal and 2 pairs of earrings for his wife. Due to the shipping company VEHO , I never received the package. The Package was left out in the open where anyone could have collected it . However took a drove to North Park center to repurchase and also to mention what had happened. while explaining the situation to the sales team one of the ladies said that they had experienced the exact same with the delivery company. I was told to contact or reach out to customer service because as much as they would like to help , this was totally above them . Call customer service , put in a claim and awaits on a response from them. First of a big thank you goes out to Sam and Brenda, you ladies were so amazing we really appreciate your customer service. Sam went out and beyond for us, thank you 🙏.

Saw a beautiful bright green skirt in the window, wanted to check it out. Went into the store straight to it. No greet just stares . The store was soft so 6 client advisors standing in the middle of the floor could have assisted. As we were walking away then you asked if we need help.

It was honestly very distasteful how we were not greeted when entering the store. Nor asked if we needed help we were standing in the area where they have the footwear and the employees just started and chose to ignore us and walk by us. As a frequent shopper at this store this has been one of my worst experiences. I highly recommend going to any other location that is not the one at North Park.

My experience at this location was uneventful and the sales staff including the manager was unprofessional and low budget at best. I was at Northpark doing some shopping so out of convenience decided to do a return at this location and get links removed from my watch (previously purchased at Tory Burch). The sales associate told me that I needed a receipt to do a return-which is not true. A phone number is needed to access account purchase history. She did not want do that. She told me that I need to provide a receipt (never have I been told that). I told her while I was looking through my emails for the receipt I wanted some of the links removed from my watch. She told me that I could go down to Fossil to have that done because they were busy. I replied that I didn’t purchase my watch from Fossil and her response was that they work with Fossil and I can have it done there (how did she know Fossil wasn’t busy). Clearly she didn’t want to assist me because she felt that she wasn’t going to get a sale. When I asked to speak with her manager he backed her on the BS which was pretty sad. I am not here to start a protest, however I will not spend another dime on or in TB again. There are plenty of brands that I can shop with and although I have been a lonnnnnnnng time customer I no longer feel the need to spend my dollars where I am so easily disrespected and disregarded. They may have some but they just lost one and a good one at that😉

I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my recent visit to your store. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by Sandra and Kayla, who assisted me and my children with remarkable grace and professionalism. Their attentiveness made our shopping experience genuinely enjoyable.
Although I encountered a mishap with my shoes being low in stock, the customer service I received while waiting was unparalleled. I was genuinely impressed by the level of support and dedication exhibited by your team. In particular, I had the pleasure of meeting Joseph, who informed me that it was his last day. Despite this, he displayed an impressive breadth of knowledge and seamlessly collaborated with Kayla to ensure my order was placed without delay.
Overall, my experience at Tory Burch was extraordinary, and I am truly grateful for the kindness and expertise of your staff. This level of service has left a lasting impression on me, and I look forward to returning in the future.

It’s taken me awhile to write this from how infuriating it is. Ordered a bag for pickup with custom silver hardware, arrived at the store after an hour drive to find out they had sold the bag and had no explanation other than whoops someone asked for it
It’s beyond me how they figured a one of a kind bag must’ve been for sale, as I’m assuming somewhere on there it was labeled and they simply had to read.
My assumption is someone figured their commission was more important because what are the odds of someone coming in and asking for my exact, again, CUSTOM bag.
Disappointed, angered, and saddened as the bag isn’t even available online anymore. Won’t be returning unless im able to have a call with someone from management and have a solution or at least an apology.

The first time I went to Tory Burch back in June, Love was so amazing, she helped me pick out my first two pairs of Tory sandals. I even asked for her card so I know how to reach her. Fast forward I was trying to schedule a day to go into the store to shop and Love has been so kind and patient with me. Today I was finally able to go in and of course Love was so amazing. I was able to choose out the perfect purse to match the sandals I was also going to purchase. Love deserves a raise !

I had a wonderful experience today, thanks to Lloyd, who helped me find the perfect purse for my very first Tory Burch bag! He was incredibly patient and kind, never pressuring me or trying to upsell anything. The whole staff was friendly, and I’m so happy with my new bag. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Cheap quality and way over priced. Bought sandals in March for Grad present in May. Sandals tore on second use. Took to repair found out not real leather. Tried to return but past 30 days and worn. Lousy all the way around.

Love took care of me today and I came home with my 2 new favorite Tory Burch pieces. Keep in mind I came in and didn’t even have to say anything just that I wanted some cloud miller sandals. She was so friendly and kind and really could tell that I was a bit overwhelmed with the crowd and gave me a quiet space to be able to try on my sandals and bag. Thank you so much for the A+ service today Love! The fact that you knew I needed a quieter space to be able to decide on what I needed today says a lot about your attention to detail in customer experience. Tory Burch Love is definitely one to keep as your employee because she will keep the customers coming. I will be sure to come back for my brown sandals when she is working. : )
