I called Total Roofing for a second opinion about a recurring roof leak. Scott was very responsive in evaluating the area of concern and identifying what turned out to be a pretty complex situation. He brought his team out to fully evaluate the problem, propose solutions, and detail a plan to resolve it. Throughout the process the communication with Scott was outstanding. The result was excellent in both esthetics and function. The problem is solved. I was very impressed with how Scott and the team from Total Roofing handled my roof repair, and a little faster than they expected. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Outstanding! The entire Total Roofing & Reconstruction team is amazing. I'm so pleased with their work on replacing my roof and gutters--at the peak of hot summer weather, too. The entire process was very user-friendly; they answered all my questions up front and guided me in choosing materials and colors for the project. Management was engaged with me from start to finish, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The new roof and gutters are immaculate! They even provided all my neighbors with an info sheet on whom to contact if they were adversely affected by any of the work in progress. I was especially impressed with the owner Steve--he personally went up on my roof several times to confirm issues and answer my questions. Kym was also extremely helpful, especially working with my insurance company, and following up with me after the project was done. Kudos also to Tammy who went out of her way to accommodate my schedule. Total Roofing & Reconstruction = Total Professionals!

We just finished a roofing and gutter job on our home. I could not be more pleased with Total Roofing! Ted Adamski provided excellent service. He was always available for any and all questions, was very knowledgeable, and I would absolutely recommend them if you need to have your roof replaced. Their office staff and the crew that performs the work were great too. Very professional, and they cleaned up every day that they were here. Highly recommend!

We had to replace our roof due to the recent hail storms. After thorough and careful assessment of several roofing companies, we went with Total Roofing & Reconstruction. They were professional, honest and upfront with what would need to be done. They explained in details the process, the high quality shingles with a solid warranty. Moreover the costs were very reasonable. Ted Adamski was present frequently during the installation. The windows and shrubs were protected from the old shingles being removed. They even took care of the gutter replacement and window screens. The clean up was thorough and complete. Ted walked me through the final stage to explain what was done and cleaned up the few remaining nails. Tammy is a gem and is very helpful coordinating and scheduling the whole process. Roof replacement is usually stressful, this experience was stress free and exceptional. I would definitely recommend that you consider Total Roofing & Reconstruction for all roofing needs. One call took care of all my needs.

Amazing company! I rarely have such great things to say about home repair companies these days, but Total Residential Roofing was an absolute savior. First of all they were fast, I had a leaky roof and called late in day on a Friday, they had someone out in about 90 min! He was thorough, checked every nook and cranny in my attic and roof top and finally located the leak! I previously had two companies out who I waited on a week to get on scheduled and neither could pin-point the leak and suggested outrageous repairs whereas Total Roofing found the exact problem and it was MINOR, only costing me a fraction of those other guys. This company has my business for LIFE!
