I had the most amazing check-in experience with Ami, who efficiently pulled up my information, and walked through all financing options to make sure I was settled and ready to go. She was empathetic, kind, and understanding.
The technician also offered the same level of hospitality. Told me what to expect, and got it done nice and quick!

It is always delightful to receive fast, efficient, friendly, and highly competent customer service. This is especially true in the case of medical services. Touchstone Imaging in the Landry building (411 N. Washington) provided just such service today. Kudos to the receptionist and imaging technician. I’ve always had good service there, but today was stellar.

You will be cared for by exceptionally competent people in an immaculate facility. (5 stars) My pre-procedure written and oral instructions (which among other things included scheduling mistakes) were error-ridden and unnecessarily anxiety-provoking. (1star) I recommend asking your ordering physician to describe to you what to expect.

Update, they finally saw me, HORRIBLE experience at the location and now they’re refusing to give me my CT Scan report. This company is literally violating HIPAA, I will report you to the HHS and the BBB
I don’t know what is wrong with you. You guys have been running me around and scheduling me and not seeing me, then sending me texts EVERYDAY asking me to call and schedule, I call EVERYDAY and you guys keep running around and not scheduling me, today 8/6 you left me a voicemail saying: oops sorry, we do have your authorization can you please call back to schedule. Now I’m calling back AGAIN! And now you say you can’t even find me. Besides the fact that you have THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER , you have WASTED my time. This is a disgusting experience from a disgusting and unorganized company. Completely unprofessional. How is this healthcare exactly? Go to Envision or absolutely any other imaging but this

Setting up an appt…and then rescheduling, was east and convenient. Check-in, wait time and imaging time were prompt and efficient!
