I had a great experience from scheduling, transparency on price and setting the appointment. It was so nice to had Holly doing my ultrasound, she was very welcoming, patient and had a lot of empathy which I really appreciate it. Great experience

Touchstone imaging has always done a great job. They are polite and personable as well as professional. The technicians who have worked with me did an excellent job of describing what to do expect and attentively listening to my questions. I would highly recommend!

I made my appointment for 4:15 pm the Friday before Labor Day weekend I got a call saying that my appointment was on pending since my insurance was on pending. I was told I was going to get a call back on Tuesday to verify if I would still have my appointment for 9/3 . Tuesday morning came and no call the whole morning, so I had to call. Once I called the lady told me I was good to go to my appointment, I asked her to repeat the time just to make sure and she said 4:15. She did tell me I had to be there between 4-4:15 and if I was late they would cancel my appointment. I get to my appointment around 3:53, I wait for about an hour when my ride arrives for me. At this point I went to ask how much longer and the receptionist told me my appointment was at 5pm!! She could have told me that I was early at this point I’m mad because I was just sitting there and she didn’t tell me my appointment was at 5?? Like make it make sense if I’m here early based on your schedule wouldn’t they have told me something? Then one of the radiologist or nurse was asking me if I had brought a disk and I said no then she continued to say “well it would have been better if you brought the disk” and “ next time you should have your MRI done where you usually have it done at” no type of costumer service. She has no business in asking me or telling to go get it done elsewhere, if she just don’t want to do it she could let me know I would have taken my business somewhere else.I work in the medical field as well and this is no type of way to be treating a patient. They are not mindful of patients time.

The CT TECH damaged my hand trying to put in an IV for the contrast. I told her that she hit a nerve. Another tech had to put in the IV. I still have pain in my hand 3 weeks later.

My pcp sent over am rx for a mammogram. Arrived and was told that "The doctor couldn't see me without having a CD from my previous records, the doctor want to see if I'm supposed to be here."
Called my pcp and asked if this was normal practice. She said "No, they couldn't done the mammogram without it and use current findings.
Place is a joke!

WONDERFUL technician but they obviously don’t have enough people to answer their phones. I was on hold so long trying to get a human, I gave up. Today, a human answered and was very helpful and polite. !

Touchstone phoned me on Friday at 3 pm and scheduled me for a same day appointment at 5:15 pm for an MRI. I did my paperwork online. I signed in at 5:05 pm. I was the only person in the waiting area. After waiting 30 minutes, they said they were running behind 30 minutes, but I was next. I waited another 47 minutes. I went to the desk to reschedule. Again, they said I was next. Seconds later, a technician came and called the person who came in at least 45 minutes after I arrived instead of me.

Friendly staff. Very fast and I was running late trying to navigate my way around the Baylor area. I was in and out within 30 minutes clean facility. Very nice experience.

I had a fantastic experience with this service. The gentleman at the front desk was knowledgeable and answered all my questions confidently. Additionally, my technician made me feel incredibly relaxed throughout the process. I truly appreciate how smooth and effortless everything was. Highly recommended!

Very efficient operation with friendly staff throughout beginning at the front desk. Arrived 15 minutes early and was taken back within five minutes of arrival. Very happy and highly recommend this group.

I was asked to come early, which I did, and then had to wait for an hour. In the middle of the MRI, I was told I would have to walk to a different location 4 blocks away because the radiologist has left - with an IV needle hanging out of my arm.
Totally unprofessional and inappropriate.

Touchstone Imaging is by far the most impressive imaging center I have dealt with in my 50 years as a Health Care Provider (NP). The Center is always clean with easy access to rest rooms, changing rooms,. gowns, etc . The technicians are professional & communicate what is happening and why. The BEST thing that I like is the final report that I receive from Touchstone. The report supplies definitions & the information that I need in order to understand the impressions & recommend ations.
