Do not come here if you do not know how your insurance works. They tried to charge me almost $400 for an xray which I'm covered 100%, this wasn't fixed until I called my insurance while in the lobby. I will never visit or recommend Touchstone to anyone.
The xray tech was the best though ?

My doctor sent in a request for a CT scan at this location and after 4 days they still have not put in a request through my insurance. I asked if they would be able to get it done by end of day as this is a pressing issue and my insurance requires a pre-authorization. I was told they will "do their best". The receptionist I spoke to had an attitude and did not answer my questions and just tried to schedule my exam without authorization (meaning I would be out of pocket). Additionally, when I pushed to know why is taking so long they said typically it is done same day, but couldn't explain to me why it is taking so long. After doing further research on the company they seem to have a poor customer service relations and has problems with billing. They need to prioritize customer service as it is very stressful as a patient trying to get this scheduled as soon as possible as this is a persisting matter that is affecting my day to day life.

The front office staff was super friendly and very helpful. The tech was amazing! He made sure I was comfortable at all times and explained every step before continuing with each part of the scan. Highly recommend this location!
