Gilbert helped tow my 2019 WRX that had an oil leak. The car is lowered so he did everything in his control to make sure the front or rear parts of the car didn’t scrape or scratch. Would recommend if you need a tow!

My car just up and quit. CJ came to my rescue. He checked to see if it was the battery that was at fault. It wasn't, he was very courteous, answered my questions. Turned out it was a sensor was bad, I had also called my daughter to come help me,she had brought some gas. Turned out,it was the sensor,put gas in and was able to drive to my destination. When you call Tow Jam ask for CJ!

I recently had a great experience with one of the drivers Nate, at Tow Jam. Nate was very professional, kind, and came way before the estimated time for the arrival which was originally scheduled for one hour out. He was very personable and handled my car with care. The service was quick and effortless as he got my car to the mechanic. Although he couldn’t diagnose my vehicles problems, just speaking with him and his positivity put my mind at ease during a particularly stressful time. I would highly recommend Tow Jam and specifically Nate to help was any of your towing needs

Cam showed up and was amazing ! I was in a hard to find spot on the highway and he kept in touch and was super reassuring we could get the truck on his bed. We got it to where I was needed to be and I can’t thank him enough.

This morning around 5:20 am I saw the black town truck on hwy 75 with a car dolly (it had very small tires) no lights on and driving like crazy cutting all the cars and speeding. Hopefully, the car he was towing made it to the destination.
By the way the driver had long hair.

Super nice, attentive guy answered my call for help re: recently totalled car parked at my home driveway. They couldn't assist w/ my Tow jam, yet referred me to co that "rescued" me 2hrs later for free. I had to tip $20?

Your driver with plate T33 29K needs to have a driving lesson. 95+ weaving in and out of traffic isn’t safe.
