We didn’t have a really long time to stay, but it seem like the kind of store. You could really spend hours looking around. I thought it was super cool. Lakeshore Learning Store is amazing! They have so many creative and educational toys, games, and materials for kids of all ages. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the store is well-organized and clean. It’s one of my favorite places to shop for fun learning supplies — highly recommend!”
“It 2 days after our visit and my girls can’t stop talking about how much fun they had! The store was busy but clean and everyone was very friendly! We did the tea time and it did not disappoint! The hostess was a little unfriendly at the bistro and they ran about 10 min behind, if you have a reservation and they were not busy why run late! But those were my only complaints. Our waitress was so nice and sweet! The table was set up nice. The girls got puzzle where one side was an America girl doll picture and the other side you colored, for the craft! They loved that they got to bring home their dolls tea cup and saucers! The food was good and semi kid friendly and lots of sweets! But definitely a great experience and highly recommend to anyone with girls!”
“I absolutely adore this store!!! We found all kinds of toys for the kids and they're not marked up by huge percentages like some of the other local stores. They are reasonably priced. The people that work there are super friendly. The kids can play with some of their display toys. The place is clean and well organized. Lots of gadgets from the past and trendy toys too. Also next door, which is part of the same store, there's a really cool adult-friendly store that has a lot of Texas crafts and art and home goods. It just feels good to come to this store and support local. They make it easy with their good prices, well made products, and welcoming and friendly attitudes. Highly recommend this place! We plan to come back and buy gifts here.”

I've contacted KidKraft twice (once under warranty and once out of warranty), and both scenarios were taken care of promptly and with outstanding communication.
