Unfortunately, I cannot give this experience a positive review. Spoiler Alert: we did not buy a car from Toyota.At first things seemed to be going well, as soon as we parked a saleswoman approached us and asked if we had been helped. We said no, went in sat down and explained our budget and the cars we were interested in (from the get go I said I was partial to Honda, but wanted to try out the Hybrid options Toyota offers). She said great and went to find the keys for all of the cars we wanted to look at- the RAV4 and the Highlander. The initial start was welcoming, even though it was evident the car sales lady was new and a little uncertain of herself (come to find out she had only been working there a week).What felt like fours hours later and we are still trying to leave the dealership while they're talking at us. We eventually just had to get up and walk away while the "manager" was telling lies about Honda.

Our experience with Toyota of Dallas was truly exceptional. We purchased a new 4-runner TRD Off-Road Premium. I spoke with the general sales manager, Cody, prior to visiting the dealership. Upon arrival, the vehicle was ready and waiting for us, along with Cody and Adrian (AD). Adrian was very knowledgeable, polite, respectful and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We were in and out of there in a very reasonable amount of time. This dealership met all of our expectations along with a warm and inviting environment they provided. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Huge thank you to Toyota of Dallas and all of their employees.

I went in to shop for a vehicle for my wife a car. The employees are very rude and manipulative. One of the guys was literally forcing me to sign a deal nomatter how many times i said NO, i will come back on Wednesday after i sort out Insurance. He was rude to an extent that he was yelling at me and walking after me that i got so scared that he was going to be physical.. he threw a pen to the wall and cussed at me only because i refused to sign a deal that i wasn't ready for. Even though i bought a car here before, I don't recommend my worst enemy to even set foot in that dealership. Please people of Dallas go to another dealership otherwise you will be beaten up by these guys if you don't sign a deal they put in front of you.

Absolutely do not do work with anyone here. I called asking about a sienna as I was shopping around surrounding Toyotas. The associate tried to charge $20,000 more than was listed, and when I called him out about it he spent 15 minutes telling me I was wrong. The next day I had another associate who called JUST to tell me that I'm stupid for thinking they could do it for the price that was listed and then said they won't do business with me and hung up. A 3rd reached out and then ghosted me. Several other associates have reached out and tried to still work with me but I now REFUSE to work with anyone here after how associates have treated me. STAY AWAY!! Work with literally ANY OTHER Toyota dealership you can find!!!

We had a great experience working with Toyota of Dallas. Lazaro took great care of us and even drove several hours to meet us to drop off the new vehicle and take ours as a trade in. He was attentive to our needs and did everything he could to make sure we made a deal on the exact vehicle we wanted. Would definitely recommend him and his company!

My wife and I had an amazing experience with the staff at Toyota of Dallas when we bought our 2024 Toyota Camry LE. Our sales specialist, Alexis and Finance specialist, Elijah were FANTASTIC. We spent a while at the dealership sorting out the best deal and they both worked with us to break down our options in the best way possible. This was both my wife and I's first time buying at a certified dealer and it was the best experience we could ever ask for. I highly recommend this Toyota of Dallas, the staff members, Alexis, Elijah and even Manny, are the best type of salesman you could ask for when going to a dealership. It felt like they care about you and its because they absolutely do. Give them all 3 raises because they're life savers!!!

Such an awesome experience! Our salesman Lazaro Bravo was so knowledgeable and made us feel so welcome. Their sales manager Syed understood our family’s needs since we just welcomed a baby girl in June. He setup an amazing deal and helped us into our brand new RAV4 Hybrid for such a good price with minimal down payment.Their finance manager Catalina was so polite and helpful! She made the entire experience wrap up so nicely!I haven’t been here in years but I will forever give them my business in the future and refer everyone I can!!!Run, don’t walk to this dealership!Such great people!

I hit something on the freeway and it cracked my rim & messed up my tire . I purchased insurance on tires & rims but I got there around 5-5:30. Mr. Erick Hernandez did everything he could & more to get the insurance to approve everything and got it fixed by 7pm when the service closed.. I'm truly thankful and happy that he went the extra mile to get it done, when he could have just said it'll be ready tomorrow...Thank you Mr. Hernandez and Toyota of Dallas

I came on a Friday @2:30pm by appointment with my bf ! Simply for an oil change and alignment. It is now 4:35 and im still waiting for the services to be done. I dont know where they are at as far as progress but for two and a half hours i would hope almost done. If quick services is what you seek, look else where. I can only imagine how long they take for major repairs/services. Update: just left, spent three hours there & got charged 200.10 for oil change & alignment on a 2015 Toyota. Definitely overcharged definitely should avoid this establishment at all costs

The worst Toyota a ever been to, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They just want your money be careful. I don't recommend this place at all. I took my car for a regular service and when I went to pick up my car they lost my keys there was no manager and the receptionist was always on the phone just texting while I was desperately calling managers to get my keys. They just told me to come back on Monday, all cards and home keys were inside my car, I got very mad and insisted, after 2 hours of complaining they gave me my keys and my car because I told them I was not going to leave without my car. And the worst part is that I took my car to my favorite Toyota of Burleson and they noticed that the Toyota of dallas didn't even change the oil. This place should be closed or change all of the workers because they are worst.

I bought my 2023 TRD Tundra 4x4 new from Ben White at this Toyota dealership. Nacho in the service department has been fantastic! I drove 40 min. here today here with no appointment because Toyota of Denton would not help me even though I had an appointment and the service advisors were rude! Nacho was able to fit me in and take care of my service needs! A+ on customer service at Darren’s dealership!

We purchased our new vehicle today from Toyota of Dallas and our experience was great! Our salesperson Daniela Alvarado was so helpful and made the whole process easy. She really went out of her way to provide excellent service. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly! This is our second vehicle purchase from there and we will continue to be returning customers.

Worst dealership ever! & I have worked with other dealerships in several states now & Toyota of Dallas is by far the absolute worst dealership. WITHIN 24HRS OF DRIVING OFF THE LOT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. What a joke. I have missed work and missed wages because of this dealership’s negligence selling me a faulty car. They don’t take care of their customers. They are cheap and cut corners. Within the first 4 months of having the car the check engine light came on 3 more times after that. & they told me I would either have to pay to fix it or take a hit on my credit and lose my down payment to trade in the car & get another car from them. COMPLETELY MESSED UP! I do not recommend this place to anyone in the DFW area! They do not take care of their customers. They leave you out to dry once you sign the paperwork for a car. They don’t care. They take your money and run.

I went in yesterday to trade in a Mercedes and purchased a Supra CF. Had a great experience working with sales consultant Luis Lopez Nieves. Everyone here is friendly, highly recommend this place!
