They need to stop the solicitors out front. Walking in front of the driveway and garage is already a death trap and the solicitors grab peoples attention making it worse. They are not just annoying but a huge injury liability

Love trader Joe with nice produces, products, and well portioned. Many variety items from all different places, not everyday brands. Only category that I expect them to change are proteins such as chicken, beef as well as fish. Portioned proteins with more straightforward prices instead of dividing 6 proteins package into the individual with higher prices.

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at Trader Joe’s. I’ve shopped here for a while, but this latest visit was absolutely unacceptable. When I bought a package of edamame, I was horrified to find maggots inside the produce! It was absolutely disgusting and shocking for a store that I thought valued quality.
Thinking this was just a one-time issue, I went back to the store to get a refund. But instead of receiving an apology, I was treated rudely by the cashier. Not only did they act like I was an inconvenience, but they were also extremely unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns. They rolled their eyes, didn’t acknowledge the issue properly, and made me feel like I was in the wrong for wanting a refund for what was clearly a serious problem.
I understand that issues with produce can happen, but the way I was treated by the staff was beyond unacceptable. A customer should never have to deal with this level of disrespect when they’re bringing a serious concern to the store’s attention. Unfortunately, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I don’t see myself shopping here again.
I expected better from Trader Joe’s and would advise others to check their products carefully before purchasing, and brace themselves for poor customer service if something goes wrong.
