Terrible customer service
Their website states you can cancel within 24 hours yet the customer service reps are unable to help and refer you to airline service that refers you back to Travelocity.

Booked with them ......paid fees.....just to have airlines not honor flights and change them to the point I have to book elsewhere.....still had to pay travelocity fees though...wondering if hotel is going to honor room now?!.....book yourself less money in long run

They refused to refund the flight that was cancelled. My goodness. Horrible policy and horrible service. Never use them.
