Please dont buy any car from ANY tricolor plant.. apart from them being in bankruptcy, our balance keeps growing even after paying. We're literally being scammed out of hundreds of dollars. Go to a dealer like Toyota or Ford or kia... I wish I would have.

Hello what’s going on? We buy a car a year ago and now we need the sticker and there’s nobody replying ,already one month ,we don’t know where’s our title for car? nobody pick a phone !we kind of stuck and feel Deceived. I need information where I can call and resolve this problem.

Made us waste our time applying for a car that wasn’t even in the same city. We asked to see the car first before starting the process and they refused, said the car was about 20 minutes away and more than 2 hours after we completed the process we were told the car wasn’t there, It was over 4 hours away and wouldn’t be available until a week from then. They tried to show us different cars after wasting our time when we specified multiple times that we wanted this one specific car.

Irlian Caridad and Eduardo Navarro...these are the two sales ppl....... this place is a joke I purchased a vehicle July 12 2025 when I left the lot it started raining, turned on the wind shield wipers not there stopped and purchased them...that should have been the first sign this place is a lie they say they do a so many point inspection I cant tell.... then the car started making some weird sound called and made a report now the car has been in the shop for 2 weeks them saying its a wheel bearing the shop waited the first week for tri color to say ok fix it now.....repairs are suposto be done and there stalling in payment.....customer service is a joke every time I call they talk to me for 10 min then ask me what language I prefer we speak in....im put on hold only to be told sir the service advisor will call you back and they never do this place is a scam. ....... then when they did send a ck to pay for the car repairs they sent a bad check and it bounced when the shop tried to cash it

They are fake, they called us all over from Denton for a particular car and the car wasn’t available. As soon as I reached here they said it’s sold!

I took a vehicle with you and you gave it to me badly, and the next day I returned it, they put it in the workshop, a month after that, and I still don't have a vehicle, they don't repair it, but they are good for collecting the fee when I don't have the vehicle, because It has been in your workshop for a month, I tell them to find a way to solve it or give me another vehicle, what is the answer they gave me that if I no longer want the vehicle, I should return it but the down would not be returned to me, I would lose the money, scammers, that's what tricolor people are ???.
