I can't say enough great things about this ceramic supply store! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth, knowledge, and a genuine passion for the art of ceramics. I’ve shopped at Trinity Ceramics for 35 years and it’s my favorite pottery shop! Conor, Erin, and the rest of the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices, selection, and inventory are great!

This place has great clay prices and the staff is very helpful! It’s easy to get in and out with a large selection of glazes wet and dry.

Love this shop - very reasonable pricing for clay, a great glaze selection with the ability to see in person the glaze tiles, and the employees there are so knowledgeable about the craft. My only complaint is they are closed on the weekends- so watch closely for the first Saturday of the month for limited opening.

They were very very rude, they didn't greet me and my daughter when we walked in nor did they care to ask if we needed help finding anything mind you that's our first time coming there. It was 2 people available to help us a woman and a man, they were chatting with an old man about tattoos etc... Not once did they stop the conversation to acknowledge us, they just carried on about with their conversation as if we didn't exist. When we went to check out we still wasn't acknowledge, they continued to carry on about with their conversation until the old man left. When we were ready to check out we were just standing their waiting for someone to check us out while they carried on with their conversation with each other, then we were asked do you want to check out said the lady. Never did they once asked was it our first time coming there or did we find everything ok, I find it very disturbing they didn't care to ask us questions about how we found the place etc... after checking out we were told to pull up at the dock to collect the clay and someone should be there, well guess what, they weren't. We sat in the car waiting for someone to come to the dock so my daughter goes in to see if someone was available and there was the guy just sitting on the forklift doing nothing, so that being said my daughter went in to get her clay. Overall the service was crappy and the people were as well. If I'm going to spend my money on a place I want outstanding customer service and hospitality, that's how business stay afloat and make their money by word of mouth as well as reviews.

We are so blessed to have this clay supply in Dallas. Ive been using Trinity since 2017. EXTREMELY knowledgeable staff. Big shout out to Connor who has become a mentor to 100s of potters and artist around Dallas. Erin and Kay are also there to answer questions with great knowledge. Extremely friendly staff in the warehouse who always deliver your clay to your car with a smile even on the HOT days in Texas. Good honest company you won't be disappointed! 15/10
