They are always changing the rules, for the longest I have always rented a truck or U-Haul with my debt card and now they won't unless you have a major credit card on file and debt card doesn't work. Who carries or really have a major credit card just laying around like that.

These mfers will scam you, stay away. $100 cleaning fee? For what? $40 fuel service fee too when I brought it back same gas as when I took it.

I've experienced great customer service and Courtesy. Readiness to assist in anyway possible. It's Located in a good location for South Dallas . I will definitely go back to Lady Magic U-Haul

They didn't have the truck number promised. No one was on site 3 hours before closing. Chat agent never answered a single question and just kept asking me to reload images.I cancelled and left after an hour of trying.
