I've never rented from this u-hual before so no words for this service but on the contrary this needed to be brought up this place allowed someone else to use my Driver's license even though to rent, which was stolen last year around june and I couldn't find the guy who stole it so I went and got another one, so fast forward to this year and I tried to rent a truck for a move just to find out I have a outstanding balance on my account for some reason now mind you I haven't used there service in about 2 years so when I called there hotline to resolve it and I was told that I supposedly rented from these guys last year of September I had to rewind my brain for a second and realize that's around the same time my license was stolen I figured as much but for this particular location to still allow to happen it's blantly disrespectful and imcompantent but that's putting it mildly as far as my vocabulary is concerned because while I was at the location I asked the employees to pull up the information from that time and sure enough the guy doesn't even match my ID BUT HE WAS STILL ALLOWED TO RENT IN MY NAME smh

Best U-Haul in DFW, fast friendly and patient. Explains when I have questions and is very committed to helping the costumer understand what’s going on. The establishment is neat and tidy, and everyone works together as a team. Recommend!!

Never rented a U-Haul before but needed one last minute and thankfully there was one 5 mins away! Great service, great trailer, great price, easy process for renting. In a time where customer service has gone downhill it was a breath of fresh air dealing with this location and virgilio!! U-Haul saved the day and I will definitely return if I need any of the many many options U-Haul offers.

“We shut down propane” ok well yall are still open, and the hours just for the propane say till 7. It’s 6:15. If you are too lazy to turn on a valve just say it. Don’t bother having this as an option if it’s not available, or at least make your hours accurate? Just wasted 20 min driving here and my family is all home waiting on me. Get your shit together. It’s Veterans Day, treat them right!

The new app that U-Haul uses did not work correctly when I was trying to take note of prior damage on the truck before leaving with it. Luckily, the representative at the store told me just to take pictures prior to leaving and the timestamp on the pictures would prove it was already there. Otherwise smooth rental process.

The truck was raggedy.. couldnt use the ramp because it was broke and back door would not latch to close.
My son had to ride in the back of the truck to hold door down, that was very dangerous Definitely not worth the money

No question this is the best Uhaul location!!! The trucks are in clean, good condition and Aungelique runs a friendly, helpful, efficient operation. Our group rents trucks often throughout the year and I have worked with Aungelique regularly over the last 3 years. I can't believe I have taken this long to write a review. Love this Uhaul location!

Customer service was poor. The clerk Dee at this location was extremely rude and passive aggressive. I also don’t think he gave me the correct name. I Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking to move being that moving is already a job within its self the least you want is good customer service.
