When I went into the facility, the lady at the service desk did not want to help me she insisted that I use the app. Then they charged me, saying that I drove 100 miles when I only made one trip to my new house and it's only 6 miles away from my old house. The service sucks!!! They are liars and thieves!!! I will NEVER use uhaul ever again!! NEVER!! I put 1 star but it should be NO stars!!!

Do not rent from here. this is a scam. U-Haul employees just there. Telling people to drop off at another location so they can charge you another fee. Don't even think about asking questions here, basically you gonna pay, get ur keys and leave with a truck with wrong information. Learned my lesson, Next time where's my people with a truck I would rather give you my $$$u don't deserve the one star I had to put on here

The Worst Of The Worst. I made My Reservation A Week Ahead Of Time. I Requested A Truck And Two Dolly. Apon Arriving At The Ferguson Rd U Haul Rental Location. They Said That They Had Only One Dolly, While They Had Three Or More On Display For Sale. Did Not Even Try To Accommodate My Needs In Any Way. I had Hired Three Men To Make The Move. And Had Already Paid The Men Half Up Front And Rest When The Job Was Done. And With Only One Dolly, Things Weren't Moving. Had To Rent A Dollie From Home Depot In Order To Make Some Good Time. What Should Have Taken About 4 to 5 hours took Over 8 hours to complete, Very Frustrating To Say The Least. And They Only Remburst $6.00 On The Dolly Rental Which Was About $30.00 Bucks. Very Disappointing. Never Again.... Next Time, I'll Rent From Home Depot Or Somewhere else. For Sure... Alan B Cole

Aungelique the General Manager on hearing me as I entered the store, having heard me from an earlier call, greeted me in welcoming me to the store by calling my last name.To be called by my name at my regular U-Haul at PNS Motor Corp in NY was accepted as a norm because I have had a twenty year relationship. But to be greeted by having my named called with the proper pronunciation at first entering the store was impressive...and the further service by representatives, Devon at check-in and Ricky upon returning was excellent. I commend this location to anyone who relies upon recommendations in deciding where to go to receive a similar experience.

Will NEVER go to this location again, not even in an emergency!! The guy who serviced my reservation had by far the "worst" customer service I've ever seen or experienced in my life. He was rude, condescending, and told bold-faced LIES. He was rude, not just to me, but to everyone who came into the store. He even told me, in the middle of completing my reservation, that since it was 5:00 PM CST and they closed at 5:00 PM CST he was required to stop the completion of my reservation so they could close the store for the day (which I knew was a lie). He even attempted to explain why it was policy to stop in the middle of the process once it turned 5:00 PM CST as if I were ignorant enough to believe the words coming out of his mouth. It was so bad that the rest of the staff gestured to say that was not policy. I watched him tell multiple customers who came in to return their vehicles that the only option for returning the vehicle was through the U-HAUL App. I knew that was untrue because not everyone has the ability or access to cell phones, and some elderly people don't even know how to use apps or cell phones in general. His countenance, disposition, mannerisms, and tone were as if he didn't like or want to keep his job. As someone with almost 20+ years of experience being of service to the public in Gov and Non-Gov roles from entry-level on through upper management, both face-to-face and over the phone, he would not be representing my company and would have been terminated a long time ago, and that's IF I would've hired him to begin with. He is a piss poor representation of U-HAUL, his upbringing, and worst of all he is a piss poor representation of himself. I cannot hire or terminate anyone from this company, but if I had the authority terminating him would be the first thing I did in the morning. I hope someone actually reviews the surveys sent by U-HAUL and uses them as coaching opportunities and that they are not sent as a formality.

Aungelique and her team were professional, efficient, and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to help with my truck and tow reservation. In the future, I'll go out of my way just to go back to this location and work with them again.

Rae, Tray, & another gentleman stayed and helped us get a car transporter even though they didn’t have to. It was a major relief and helped us immensely. We thank them for excellent service going above & beyond.

Complete waste of money by me as a customer and very poor staff attitudes. Bad experience. Overcharged too. 19$ turned into 124. Will NEVER recomend uhaul to anyone else nor will I ever get another uhaul.

The service is only as good as the manager, Ms. Vickers. Should you decide to do business with this location make sure you ONLY deal with her. During my first experience, she assisted me and service was 5 stars. 2 weeks later, I needed to move more items and went back to this location—HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. In addition to the workers being inattentive, communication was incredibly unclear and policies were not thoroughly explained. The employees are very dependent on the manager and seem incapable of making decisions without her constantly holding their hand.
