This U-Haul usually a good experience. Today the experience was not to good. The tow/ Haul would not turn off which made the truck feel like it was dragging it was also dirty I brought that to Annabels attention the big guy when I brought the truck back I told him I had driven and couldn't get it to turn off and did not want to drive it like that he got it to turn off but of course it comes back on each time you started it but it still wouldn't turn back off after I pushed the button anyway unfortunately really bad experience may not return

Just received a $300 charge because they stated we returned the U-Haul 6 days later , when it was returned within the time frame we gave them (4 hours). Disputing the charge and waiting on the general manager. We have pictures and videos returning the equipment and they have video surveillance so I honestly don’t understand how this could happen. We keep calling and they send us over to customer service , nobody from the store picks up. This is ridiculous!

Outstanding service was greeted upon arrival the Manger was very polite and made my uhaul experience wonderful. I definitely rent there again also if you looking for a moving truck l highly recommend this location.

Calvin is an employee there I think that’s his name and l will find out more details later when corporate gets back to me, but he’s very rude and unprofessional. He tried to get disrespectful and rude with my husband and rush him to put the trailer on his truck. Everybody else was cool lol but HEY CALVIN:) if you hate your job just say that! It’s nobody’s else’s fault your miserable and hate your JOB ?

The service was excellent! I got all the help I needed. Everyone was polite and helpful. When I hooked up the trailer, I discovered my wiring harness for the lights had been damaged. The fellow that had been hooking my trailer up helped me fix and ground the wiring so that I could drive off the lot safely and legally. If not for his kindness and aid, I would have not been able to get the job I needed the trailer for done.

Around 2 weeks ago my husband and I went to get our RV propane tanks filled. Total was around 75$, once we got home unloaded the tanks and 10 minutes pass and one of the tanks made a loud popping sound, and then we noticed that propane gas was leaking from it. After a while it stopped. Ok fine…. Now the other tank for a whole week has been making loud popping sounds shooting propane and leak for about 15 minutes. And then a whole hour later it does it again, and so forth. I called a company that handles propane and explained to them what had happened and they said that the propane tanks were over filled and that they should only be filled up to 80%. We didn’t know that, and I’m assuming these ppl here at u-haul are supposed to know that kind of information. They over fill the tanks so they can weigh more and charge more money. Just be careful and if you go to this location to fill up a propane tank make sure it’s just 80%.

They are the best uhaul I have been to .they are not like the other one's I've been to .you can use cash or card .all the other uhauls that I have been to will only let you use card so they can scam you and come back and charge you card the next day.CF Hawn is the best the equipment is clean and they are not there to cheat they customers
