The attendant was very rude. I, unfortunately, needed a truck a day it was raining, and the gentleman left the additional items I purchased in the rain. If you're a first-time customer, they will not assist you and will leave you to figure it out.

Be prepared to be ignored. Incompetent staff who actively avoids their customers so they don't to have to work. I sat in their loading zone for 45 minutes because they forgot about me. Twice. I was their only customer on-site. Worst U-Haul EVER. DO NOT GO HERE.

4:55 - Arrived on Sunday 2/4, unloaded two 5lb tanks and stood in line. 4:58 - "Hey! We cut off at 5:00." 5:02 - When he finished with he customer he was serving, I said, "Sure you don't have time to fill these last two ()?" "No. All done. Got to shut it down." 5:05 - Loaded and in my car, I reflected that it had taken just 4 minutes for them to lose a repeat customer. Considered complaining,, but my time was better spent locating another provider. Management/Ownership won't notice the missing $450-$500 a month they will no longer see from my refills, nor the needed hitch install work planned, which will go to someone else. Businesses rarely fail to a single catastrophic source. Routinely, they die by a thousand tiny cuts. Failed service opportunities, poorly handled complaints, lack of adaptability, etc..

The white dude who seem to be in charge at this location acted like I was bothering him and he looked down from his snooty little post. Maybe he was having a bad day but there’s no reason to be a jerk or have an attitude towards your customers. Sorry I don’t have a name

Employees in the back break room didn’t want to help me out. Told me “throw the keys on the counter” after they stared at me in confusion as to why I would want help. Had to track them down in the back office as no one was available.

UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.SPENT AN HOUR WAITING FOR HIM ON THE PIC TO COME HOOK MY TOW DOLLY.I ENDED UP DOING IT MY SELF AFTER TRYING SEVERAL TIMES TO GET THAT LAZY MAN TO DO HIS JOB.FRONT COUNTER HAS UNACEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, SLOW, RUDE,UMDER STAFF, STAFF DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. WAITING TIME IN LINE IS APPROXIMATELY 45MIN PLUS TRANSACTION TIME.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS UHAUL. I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINNESS SOMEWHERE ELSE NEXT TIME.I WILL LIKE A REFUNS SINCE I HOOKED IP MY EQUIPMENT BY MY SELF.

They make every excuse under the sun to not fill propane tank, short of staff, were out, nobody here qualified to do it. They made us purchase one of their tanks, then suggest switch it with another one at 7eleven when they won't refill it. Really?

The worker that did my reservation needs to be trained asap. How do you have a worker that’s untrained ? and refusing training trying to blame it on his ethnicity. And also he used my card like 9 times , then I proceeded to say I will just pay cash cause I’m not swiping my card anymore. I then gave him said cash in his hand and then he proceeds to tell me that I need to hold it until he finishes on computer and alameda it on the counter when I respectfully put it in his hands. Like trash workers will ruin your business. Well when I leave they charged my card, and also took my cash. The truck was stinky, unclean, it shakes really bad when you get on the break even a little bit.

Very slow, customer service wasn’t particularly helpful either. Had to wander around for awhile to find my truck and getting the tow dolly hooked up was a mess. Good thing I don’t live here anymore and don’t ever have to come back.

Terrible customer service. Had to wait in line for 45 minutes to pick up a car hauler I had already signed up for and done the advance check-in. I won't be using this U-haul location again until the management team gets their act together.

Had to give the star just to say...EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE FIRED! Customer service is terrible. My experience upon receiving equipment to returning equipment was Unprofessional all the way. One of the guys. I Belive his the store MANAGER literally sits at the front desk and walks around the store on his own personal phone ignoring the fact that he has customers in the store and has the Audacity to tell you to hold on.uhaul should be ashame of employing people like this to represent their name. I have used uhaul many times before and never experienced this kind of behavior. our time is Valuable! Customer service is what its called! They need to learn it! Rude,unprofessional, Lazy

If I could give them a zero I would.. They over charge my card. I filled the gas back to where I received the the truck and they still charge me for gas. All the employees was very rude. I lived paycheck to paycheck so for yall to over charge my card is messed up. Times are to hard out here for yall to be messing over people. But how yall are messing over hard working g people. Yall will get yall

ubox review: impossible to know where it is. they don't pickup the phone and customer service is clueless. the local employees dont care, and are not trying too hard. bring your business somewhere else, the small savings are not worth the pain.
