If you want your time wasted, talked to unprofessionally and disgusting from the employees, and just given anything because most of their trucks have plenty wrong with them and they know it but sell you it any way go here! These people are very rude and have horrible customer service! Listened to some manager lady (that has the Mohawk braids sides shaved) yesterday put a woman on speaker who was having a issue with one of the trucks and she basically spoke poorly to the guest provided as little help as possible while being rude then after hanging up on the lady proceeded to say afterwards “because yall not about to play with me” rudely as if she did something wrong for letting you know she couldn’t see on one side of the truck because the mirror was coming off and she didn’t want to be responsible for any accidents like lady you have customers in here listening first off! Second the customers in your lobby come first expecially when they where there first; you deal with personal complaints privately and professional! And 3rd why is it ok to have such behavior being a manager and suppose to be a role model to your crew! There was no gas in the truck plus My door was jacked and they had a few of the same trucks but chose to give me that one and then told me the same thing she told the other lady once you take it off the lot you can’t exchange it but YOU knew it was an issue with it because u admitted it to me when I asked about it trying to trade the truck back an few mins later once I realized it at this location is disappointing and needs better management and new employees! If I could give it 0 stars I would

Bad customer service. The lady that was working in there was going slow. Didn’t greet us until after about 7 minutes. If you’re in a rush don’t go here because you’ll spend time longer than expected. Plus she also had an attitude

I originally was supposed to pick up my truck from a different location and was sent here and I'm so glad I was. When I walked in I was greeted by the manger Nicole Tatum she was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish I would definitely recommend her, she made this stressful situation smooth and I'm much appreciative!!!....

Today i get a call from "Eric" saying that I needed to pay more money before i could get my delivery that i placed online. He couldn't explain to me this charge. Sounded really suspicious, not to mention him hanging up on me after questioning this charge. To keep things from upsetting me further......i canceled the entire order. I will be following up tomorrow bout this.
Never heard of a 2 part payment ever.
Pay online then front desk rep calls and asks for more money.......its a scam until i am made to understand otherwise.
Please reach out , and advise.

The Service technician Eric was extremely helpful very polite, very knowledgeable and experience. Just to give him his accolade observed him handling a very customer. Eric did a better job than anyone else. I could imagine very sharp young man he handled the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm the customer was fine and it was all over and did apologize Eric thanks Eric for being such a wonderful asset to U-Haul look forward to doing business with you again . This young man is a role model to his peers.
Great job! Exceptional customer service.

Go somewhere, they never have anyone available, and when they do, they don't want to work. Terrible Service.
