Manager courteous but attention divided because of new employees & frenzy of customers just before holiday. Needed to know ahead of time if using the app to take pictures IN the app Before depositing keys in drop! I had taken pictures of speedmonitor but on my phone. Everyone was helpful on the return @ I-35 & Camp Wisdom in Dallas, TX! Thanks to the entire crew.

Better Customer Service, her attitude sucked when I first walked in no hello or anything. On top of that she charged me for the safe move insurance without asking if I wanted it and then lied and said she did ask. I've used this location before but today never again.

Scammers!!!! We paid for everything and returned the truck but yet yall are constantly charging my card and it’s been a couple of weeks. Once the highest charge doesn’t go through, you charge it again for a lesser amount, constantly!! The black lady in there with the hat is no help at all. She lied and said the system is down when the charge took place. She just didn’t want to help.

Reserved a vehicle on line with driver license and credit card information.Once I arrived at location I was told I had to show a lease or utility bill to pick up vehicle. I have NEVER, EVER had to do this at any U-Haul location and was told it was because I had an out of state license plus there was a $250.00 deposit put on my card that could take 3 to 5 business days for reimbursement. Really? So U-Haul holds the deposit, I'm sure they make money off of it but I'm less $250 I can charge on my card!To make matters worse, the keys were inadvertently locked in the vehicle BEFORE I even drove it off the lot. I was told they had no extra keys, I would have to call U-Haul Roadside assistance and the over $200 charge to unlock vehicle and retrieve key was my responsibility. I would have walked off but my personal belongings were in the van. I ended up paying a locksmith $194.00 because I REFUSED to allow U-Haul to get any money from me after this experience.

They never want to fill your propane bottles. They say the system is down. All I wanted was to buy a 30lb bottle, not fill it.

If I can give NO STARS I would they have very poor customer service I went in to purchase moving boxes and had to stand in there waiting for someone to check me out for 10 to 15 minutes just because they were sitting at the computers playing to be very busy with three workers in there. Very very poor service.

Be careful of this location. the employees are renting out trucks over not for extra money. then they rent the truck to people and charge them for the miles

Representative at this location was very knowledgeable, kind, respectful and on time.I was in & out less 15mins. Great location. I'll be back for any moving needs in the future.

This uhaul was very unprofessional overcharged me twice then told me I had to wait 3 to 5 business days for a mistake they made my bill was only 81$ they charge me 220$ twice the manager said the did a reversal to refund my money only to keep charging me then charge me twice as much as I purchased.. The manager name Tian or Tiandra was very unprofessional talk to me thru speaker phone from her employee calling her from his phone instead of being at work fully to fix problem she rush thru my refund twice only to keep taking money out my account.. it should be another process on our credit card information on file after we drop truck off..not being funny but i been thru alot uhauls in suburb areas don't have this problem go to the hood its like these people either stealing or just don't like do the job correctly..The young man who answer phone was the only bright thing about this location because he was willing to try and help best he could just didn't have the authority as a manager who unprofessionally to me thru speaker phone thru his phone because he was trying to help the best he could.Needs to be reevaluated..

Experience was ok, had to come here to get the appliance dolley, although I had reserved online at the Westmoreland U-haul. U-haul on Wedtmoreland gets a "F". Had to bring dolley back here instead of dropping off with the truck/furniture dolley at the Westmoreland U-haul. Young man who assisted me, showed excellent customer service, however the young lady needs better skills, as I told her when I arrived I was there for a appliance dolley, and stated there isn't one, when I had called 10 minutes before and young man told me they had one. ( it wasn't put back into the system yet and was by the door).

Rude lady Saturday at 1:40pm never freaking again she said they didnt have none so I reserved online i asked her simple question i wanna thank The most high God for change because old me woulda gave her raggedy self what she was looking for dusty looking self eating chips and being rude update on this one turns out she is the general manger uhaul do better!!

This location has GREAT customer service! I was VERY pleased with the help I received. The online process was very easy to follow and the associates in the store were quick and efficient. They made my experience the best! I am very pleased and would definitely return to this location in the future!
