Incredible experience!! My family moved from Tx to NY and I was so nervous about moving everything across the country! I received many quotes, but nothing beat U-pack pricing, so I took a leap of faith and booked with them. Not only was booking super easy, but they came quickly and on time to drop off the container. Michael was amazing! He explained everything so well and didn’t let me lift a finger when he was showing me how to use the container! After they came to pick it up, very quickly once I was ready, I realized I forgot to lock my items with my own locks that they recommended I do, and I panicked and called the number provided. Wendy D. answered when I called and she was incredibly helpful and told me where my truck was and Ruben, the driver, was kind enough to take time out of his night to find my truck and put the locks on them for me! Wendy even gave my kids the best service with some popcorn and water while we waited! Then, the best part, our truck was delivered to NY so quickly! Within 3 days!! When unloading everything, nothing was broken and in perfect condition! Literally nothing moved and they came to pick up the truck today. I cannot believe how easy this experience was! I’m so thankful and will highly recommend U-Pack to my friends and family!
Also, my mom said she used u-pack over 20 years ago and had a great experience too! Nice to know they’ve been providing great customer service for so long!

The affordability of the move beats the competitors prices. However, the inconvenience of the bulk head and the height of the trailer was the reason I gave it a 4. Thankfully I had help but the bulk head was very challenging to put on. Also, Upack needs to be more specific to customers about what kind of lock is required for the bulk head. At the 11th hour I had to run back to the hardware store to find a lock that was skinny enough to fit in the pin holes of the bulk head. Also as some advice for others using this company, when putting the lock on make sure the bulk head is in the correct position and not installed upside-down. You can make sure it is right side up with the instructions. I made the mistake of installing it upside-down. When you do this, if you do this, make sure to put the lock upside-down as well, its a lot easier to push the lock through when you put it in the right direction. Good luck!

I recently relocated to Texas from Ohio and had a phenomenal experience with U-Pack. Every person I spoke with had great customer service and everything from getting the cubes picked up to the delivery process was smooth and stress free. I would recommend using this company for long distance moves.

I would not recommend. I was moving to another state and their customer service was poor/disorganized, not mention they lost my Upack with my stuff and luckily I had the number on the bin or God knows what would have happened. I just cannot recommend.

U Pack provided simple easy to use service. My container arrived on time and was picked up the very next day. I of course priced out services and U Pack was much less expensive. I would highly recommend.

U-pack is the way to go if you want know headache or surprises from shady moving companies. Their customer service is excellent and they move your belongings across the country in a very short time. They really are the way to go for anyone moving in the US

My moving experience with U-Pack was really good. I took quotations from all the big names in the industry but their quotations were so expensive, I found u-pack quotation as the cheapest one and they delivered all my stuff on the committed timeline. I packed everything with care and luckily I found everything in same shape, Nothing was broken or missing.
I would highly recommend this service.
