I had an old iPhone that fell into the ocean for a few seconds and locked up. It was the last day of a cruise in French Polynesia so lost all my pics, but kept the phone just in case. Apple told me it was unrestorable, but a friend recommended talking it to this place so I figured it was worth a shot. They actually got it up and running again, I couldn't believe it! Unfortunately, I can't seem see any of the pics from the Tahitian cruise, but there are lots of other old pics that I enjoyed looking at. I'm not a computer expert so I don't know why it's only the cruise pics that I can't see. I went on the Mexican Riviera cruise a few years before that, however, along with a few other trips, and I WAS able to view those pics.

uBreakiFix - Oak Lawn is fantastic. All I needed was a new volume control button on my Android. They found one and installed in in less than 2 minutes. I was gonna have to buy a new phone. Customer service was friendly and efficient.

Had Asurian plan and took my laptop in for a virus cleanup and was told it would take over a week because they were behind. I needed the computer for a interview so went back the next day to get it. Why do I even have the coverage if they can't assist me in a timely manner.

Left my xbox one with them to fix the disc drive and after a month they told me they could not fix it. They gave me a full refund, but when I brought the xbox one back home it does not work at all. The console now just gives a hardware error.
In addition, they never once called me with an update throughout the process, I would had to reach out to them days after they said I would reach out to me. Terrible experience, do not trust them with your Xbox one repairs!!!

Went in and spoke with Daniel. My phone wasn't charging. AT&T recommends the store on Oak Lawn. Left my phone at approximately 1:45 & came back at 4pm. Helped by a sweetheart who called me mamas lol. Phone was ready and working fine! Yaaaay!
