Had an appointment.. walked in was greeted with a big smile from jay .. he told me the process and it took less time then expected.. jay was friendly patient and explained the process in what was wrong with my phone. Also the lady technician in the back was awesome as well..

The team at this location were super helpful and worked fast. I called the Greenville ave location and they were pretty unprofessional and were not thorough in the information I needed for my circumstances. I’m so glad I went to oak lawn location! My phone was done within an hour walked me through my options effortlessly.

Really poor experience here, part I blame on my phone maker Samsung. Had an appointment but still waited 10 mins before anyone acknowledged me in the store. Needed a new screen protected that was under warranty. Poor cashier didn't know what they were doing so kept going to ask for help. First they tell me my phone is in warranty just as Samsung said but then said it wasn't and I would need to pay for it. Appointment was supposed to be for me to get it done while I wait but turned out it would be 90 mins. Last straw was I needed to leave it with them and give them my phone password. No way I could do that between personal and corporate data and no reason in my mind why you need that to replace a screen protector you could have done during my appointment time in 5 mins. I will not be back and poor work on Samsungs part coordinating thru them as a certified vendor.

Went in today for a screen replacement on Samsung s22 Ultra. Everyone was very welcoming when coming in and extremely friendly and courteous. Jay helped me check in and the process was simple and only took a couple minutes. My phone was complete in 45 min and they did a phenomenal job. Again, Jay checked me out and I can't rave enough how wonderful he was. Professional and very thorough. Thank you for doing a fabulous job, one of the best service experiences I have ever had.

Patricia took care of my phone. Had a claim through Asurion and Patricia was able to help me with getting everything setup for a screen replacement. It was fast and a breeze. She said it would be ready in 90min, so I left and came back 2hrs later, and the phone was back to pristine condition. Really thankful for her!

What great experience with the people that work there. Even though my screen repair turned out not to be repairable they were still more than willing to help me finish processing for another phone to be sent out for me. I highly recommend this location

This place is awesome!Breaking a phone is somewhat a little traumatic since now you have to deal with the insurance, warranty or pay out of pocket in order to get your phone fixed… This place works with most insurance and manufacturers to get your mobile device working like new in a few hours, best of all at a very affordable price or if you’re covered by insurance or warranty no cost or only the deductible…On a personal note, Patricia has been one of the nicest person that I’ve ever met in my whole life, went above and beyond to get my phone working like new, truly concerned about the customer needs. Thank you so much Patricia and the rest of the techs that work at this location.Highly recommended!

Patricia was amazing. She was truly emphatic to the previous time consuming task of being on the phone with AT&T tech support for 2 hrs trouble-shooting. Patricia was knowledgeable, estimated the time to fix the phone and called me when the phone was ready.

Their service was quick and staff were nice. However, after replacing the screen for my Samsung, I could visibly see dust/marks on the inside of my camera lens. Now the 0.5 setting doesn't take clear picture and is all blurry. Very frustrating. After inquiring about it they said it "passed their test upon service completion" and nothing could be done.

Friendly staff but bad repair service. 1st I was never called when my repair was complete. Took twice as long as I was told. And for $150 to rapair a cracked phone screen you would think they could have given the phone a bit of a cleaning/wipe down/or offered me a piece of tissue. Unfortunately it was returned to me with glue residue around the edges and just as dusty and smudgey, if not more, than when i left it. The battery was also at 4%. And was refused the 30% promotional-discount unless I signed up for a monthly device insurance that didn't cover cellphones. DaFuq???

Absolutely lovely. I have a Google Pixel 6 Pro and had a slight cracked screen which was completely taken care of by the Verizon insurance through asurion. They seem to have done a great job, they were fast, very friendly and courteous.

Misleading staff and horrible communication. “Let the buyer beware” mentality.They messed up my phone's Face ID and did not take any responsibility.I stopped by to get my phone's screen replaced. Initially the manager-lady was very nice.When I picked up my phone two hours later, I was told by an associate that they had issues getting the Face ID to work. He said it is VERY common for this to happen.My Face ID was working before they took my phone. The manager-lady asked if it was working to which I said yes.They failed to communicate that the screen they were placing was not an original part, as well as any potential (and common) issues with this type of repair. Eventually they tried to say that the Face ID was probably not working when I dropped it off, but they couldn't hold that thoughtless assumption.I tried to reset my Face ID and they did some quick work on it unsuccessfully. Nothing really worked.Eventually the associate told me I only had two options: 1) Take it as-is and pay the full fee or 2) They would put my old screen back. It felt very pushy to just pay the fee and move on with a bad fix and experience.
