Today I had the pleasure of going to you break it I fix it. I was met by the customer service specialist rod. Rob was very patient with me as I explained the details of the issue with my phone. He was very understanding and within 2 minutes he was able to fix the phone. Or should I say he provided excellent training to me on how to turn it on.Should you need a phone repair look no further I recommend this place and ask for rod

I called the store simply to ask if they repair Charge Ports for Tablets. All I asked was if it was determined my port could be repaired, before you know it this ignorant mfka hung up on me before I could even finish my question. Service Not Recommended if that's their Customer Service policy.

Booked online same day through asurion (redirected from google maps), and was given a quote in advance through the booking portal prior to confirming the appointment. Service took 1.5hrs for a broken phone screen repair, and all was well again.

Broke my screen recently and came to get it replaced. They didn't have it in stock but ordered it, came back a couple days later and got it fixed within an hour. Phone looked as good as new and the screen worked without any issue.

This business is the best find! Very friendly, competent employees! I walked in and my insurance claim was in the system. They took my phone to replace my screen and asked me to return in one hour. One hour later…my phone was ready as promised. I was in and out in 2 minutes and the job was completed perfectly.

Absolutely horrible experience with this location and with this company as a whole.Called on Friday to make an appointment to replace screen protector film. Was informed I would need to bring it so they can look at it and order the part.Made the appointment Saturday morning. Received confirmation notification about my appointment. Went to the store (60+ minutes away on public transportation), only to be told the system was down and nothing could be done with my phone until it was up and that they would call me then.No one can tell me why they confirmed an appointment for a phone when they couldn't take it in. No one reached out to notify me to reschedule or cancel.Received emails and texts an hour before closing that the store was confirming my appointment for this morning again. When I called the store to ask why I was receiving these messages for an appointment that was no longer valid, the rep was rude and talking over me and also informed me the person I spoke with yesterday was incorrect and the parts in fact were in stock.Don't use this location. Authorized or not, they don't know how to handle customers, they act like they can't be bothered to make an effort to cancel an appointment they can't keep, and they either don't know how to check their stock or they don't know what parts are what and are quick to waste customer time.0/10 would not recommend.Go anywhere but this location.

Had a laptop problem and was pretty sure it related back to hardware, asked them to check the hard drive. They ignored me and just wanted to wipe everything and reinstall Windows. Said they would run diagnostics, then call me before reinstalling. Would take 24-48 hours. So I shrugged it off and figured I'd ask again about the hard drive after their diagnostics were complete. After 48 hours I called and they basically told me the laptop hadn’t been touched. Having already not been happy with their handling of the situation, I went in the next day to take my laptop somewhere else, only to be told I had been lied to several times over, they didn’t run diagnostics at ALL, but had already attempted a reinstall with zero understanding of what the cause or issue was in the first place, but it didn’t work because my laptop was "encrypted." I asked if they checked the hardware. They said “yes, it all looks fine." Both the encryption and hardware check, was a lie, as confirmed by Micro Center, who I bought my laptop to afterwards, who said it did not look like the hard drive had been touched, and after actually checking the hard drive, like professionals, were able to reinstall Windows no problem. So do NOT go here if you have a real issue that requires listening skills. I’m usually super patient but it definitely pisses me off they lied repeatedly and tried performing a $150 service without any understanding of what they were doing it for, zero diagnostics, zero hardware checks, and not even able to perform the service.

You aren't a customer, you are viewed by default as a suspect and a liar.I paid $160 to fix my son's cracked iPhone 11 Pro screen. I went to pick it up, paid, and they handed it to me still turned off. I drove it home, and I gave it to my son who showed it to me immediately that there was a dark section under the glass making the bottom portion of the phone unusable. I brought it back to resolve it and they told me it was dropped after I left and that they needed to charge me another $50 to fix.Avoid this place if you want to feel like people don't look at you as a liar by default.

Dropped off my custom pc for a vga light issue. Waited 3 days and didn't hear back. Tried calling them only to be told they laid off the technician that was handling it and no one has touched it. Was told they get someone new to look at it and to wait another 24-48 hours. Waited 2 days called again just be told the same thing but this time they tell me they don't do custom pc repairs. Wasted 5 just to be told they ain't gonna bother to look at it. They don't post anywhere in the store or online that they don't do custom pc repairs.

I don’t think i am impressed by the service i gotBiggest reason I would not visit them again is they don’t give you the complete info on what parts they are going to put in your machine,is it the company branded parts or the third party ones!They conveniently lie , so better get a email or written form about what they say if you ever visit them

DO NOT GO HERE!!! THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE!!! My phone screen was cracked in an accident and I have insurance through my provider. This was the closest place and I was told to go same day (Thursday 6/8/23). They said they didn't have my screen but would have it Monday "by the latest". I waited till Tuesday and they said they ordered the wrong screen but would have the right one no later than Thursday. Walked in today and still nothing! Now I have to move my claim to another location after spending a week with glad pieces falling out of my phone. Thanks, guys.
