Walked in and never got acknowledged. Walked the entire store twice hoping someone would help me and I felt completely invisible. What made matters worse is that a fairer group of people walked in and got help immediately. Not saying this was the cause, but it did leave me speechless. I don’t know much about makeup and was hoping someone would help me out. Will never go here again. **Worker in photo was not on the clock during my visit.

Abigail was super helpful. She helped me find the right shade. I always use tinted moisturizer but need more coverage recently. She was so patient with me and found the perfect match for my skin tone. Thanks for being so sweet!

I don’t know who manages this ulta, but it seems very poorly managed. girls on the floor know answers to questions and I do thank the ones that come up and are friendly knowing what they’re talking about but most of time I come in here I either get a wrong answer or the worst attitude and it’s coming from the girls up front at the register . A couple months ago I came in and wanted to buy the new NYC lip plumper the woman said it was not for sale and couldn’t be rung up? Then why do you have the product on display at the front ?? I have been going to ulta for years and this has never been a thing. THEN My boyfriend and I came in the other day and was treated like crap. I witnessed with my own eyes him asking to be checked out, since I was right next to him getting my products checked out, the girl next to her is just staring him and down with mad attitude. Mind you, is doing NOTHING and she goes “yeah.. I guess” crossed arms, completely put out and miserable. She might as well have rolled her eyes. Who does that? I worked in retail for a few years and I would never treat a customer like that. He and I were completely shocked . If you want people coming back to this place make sure your employees aren’t jerks to others.

I had a great experience at Ulta Park Lane! I came in needing help picking the right foundation shade, and the staff were all so helpful—especially the gentleman who assisted me with color matching. He tried two shades on me and ended up matching me with Pat McGrath Labs Skin Fetish Foundation in Light Medium 13. It was a perfect choice—made my skin glow and looked so natural, like I wasn’t even wearing makeup. I’m really thankful for his expertise and patience!
I also noticed that this Ulta has its fragrances displayed right at the front of the store, which I liked. It’s a little different from the Preston location where the perfumes are in the back. Overall, I had a great shopping experience here and appreciated the excellent customer service.

Today, Abby was incredibly helpful. She was so lovely and she helped me select a perfume for my mother-in-law. She's the best, and I ended up taking the ideal she showed me.

I was referred to Yasmin at the Ulta Salon on Park Lane in Dallas to get a trim. I have put this off for over a year. The anxiety that comes with getting a hair cut is intense!!! I have mobility issues, wheel chair to deal with and a list of things that can make this a difficult task. Let me just say this was one of the best outings I have had. The store and salon is clean and organized. Yasmin was pleasant, confident, kind and patient through doing the wash, the cut, going over it to make sure it was all even. Never once seemed rushed or uninterested. I am looking forward to making this a frequent appointment to get something done. The atmosphere is professional but welcoming. Thank you!

I recently went in on the 2nd of May I believe and had a very bad experience. I was turned away and told I couldn’t use my Ulta gift card in store. I reached out to customer service and was eventually connected with Tiffany. She made sure to take care of me and assured that I would not have the same problem if I returned . Also made me a nice gift bag since the gift card I recently tried to use was a birthday gift. All of the associates at the register were nice and professional this time around . And the girl who checked me out today wasn’t too familiar with how to use the gift card ( I believe she may have been new) but I really appreciate her for actually asking for help and not turning me away like that last cashier . My receipt says the cashiers name was Ashley. & this is a shout out to you girly , you don’t even know it but you turned this experience around by simply asking for help .

I went in a few months ago for a silk press. I was highly disappointed.
There wasn’t anything silky about my hair and it wasn’t silky. During the service my stylist was nice but may be missed informed about how to deal with curly coarse hair which I have and can be on the dry side. She asked a few questions but maybe not enough to assess my hair or lifestyle which can tell a stylist a lot about how a person maintains their hair.
I had asked her why didn’t she use a styling cream or blow out balm during blow out. Her response was you don’t put hair product during a silk press just a heat protectant sprits during the flat iron phase. I was furious. The heat protectant sprits didn’t have any smoothing or anti frizz properties. And the blow out technique was not at all good on my type of hair you want to keep frizz down by aiming the air down with the cuticle and not against.
Well I said all that to say I am realizing breakage from how heat damaged my hair is from the service. My hair is brittle now. I’m so upset and disappointed ULTA, I now need to do a big chop.

Alex has been taking care of my hair needs for several years now and I am thrilled with the results! She is excellent at color and cuts and I would recommend her to anyone. My hair has never looked better under Alex’s care.
