I love this Ulta location at Preston in Dallas! What makes it stand out is that it has a salon that offers hair and brow services—not just makeup like Sephora. I actually discovered here for the first time that Ulta even had a salon! I’m not sure if all Ulta stores have one, but this building does, and it makes a big difference. It’s convenient to get beauty products and salon services in one stop. Staff has always been friendly and helpful when I visit. Great spot overall!

I had my haircut, didn't turn out very well. I asked her if she understood what the i was asking for, we all cut hair different. Sabrina told me that she did what I asked, and didnt offer to style or anything. I called to speak to a manager and was told I would receive a phone call back. Customer service is nonexistent at this store. I will not be back!!!

I had the best experience with Consultant Bella. I was impressed how She got perfect shades for me and make me feel special. She is a beautiful person. This location is lucky to have her.

This is my favorite Ulta store to shop in the Dallas area. EVERYONE always has such good vibes. They helped me find all the products I was looking for on my venture today. They were very patient with me. I really enjoy this Ulta. They have become my favorite one. It’s a little farther drive but it’s worth it. Please continue the great service. Shout to Emily, the manager she is always super friendly and helpful.

i am disgusted and offended . today me and my sister walked in . and one of the workers said “they are definetly gonna steal something “ and other ppl would walk in n she wouldn’t say anything , I don’t know why she would say that because me and my sister would never steal. btw I didint get her name Ik she’s american n skinny.

Never calling this location again. For one of the employees to hang up on me. No thank you! I called three times to try and get a hold of the lady who does hair. I had a question regarding a shampoo and conditioner the hair lady told me to buy. I also was looking to get a hair treatment done. The first time I called they told me she was with a client, so I asked if they could give me her number. They said no which I completely understand. The second time I called she was with another client, so I just told the employee I would go to the store (I obviously was not going to the store just to ask a question.) The third time I called I told the employee that I was trying to speak to the hair stylist. She put me on hold to go give her the message because she was with a client. Out of nowhere someone hangs up on me. I am not trying to be dramatic about the situation. I’m just trying to understand what kind of employees this ulta has. Hanging up on someone is extremely rude. This is a public place and you are being paid to do your job. If you don’t like your job go find something that you enjoy doing, other than hanging up on people. All the girls that work at ulta are very judgmental and will look you up and down as soon as you walk in the store. They are not even close to being pretty it’s just the mask full of makeup that they are wearing. I better not see the comment from the owner apologizing haha because their probably trash like the employees.

Had a great experience here the other day. I brought my foundation back (that I picked out myself) because I chose the wrong shade and the girl who was working was super helpful, kind and took her time to make sure I found an exact match for my skin tone. I wish I could remember her name so I could give her a shoutout. Highly recommend this location.

Great salon at this location! I usually go to Ulta for my haircuts but had not been in a while since my stylist moved. This time Yulma cut and styled my hair and it was amazing! She is a very experienced and talented hair stylist, having owned her own salon before leaving to raise a family. You can’t go wrong with Yulma. She will ask you what you want and follow your request to a T! Many stylists will cut too short or not exactly how you ask, but Yulma is very flexible and considerate to her clients needs. Since then I have returned for a second cut and it was just as great as the first time.

Worth driving out of my way for this Ulta. Latica (sp?) is a genius at color matching and other employees are wonderful.
