Terrible bank. All the systems are difficult to use, online banking is a joke, features like "Bill Pay" are often down, and the staff is disorganized. Especially for businesses accounts -steer clear.

I have done business with United Texas Bank for a year now. I appreciate the customer oriented culture Jim Waldeck has created in the investment area. Personalized service with big bank offerings. So nice to do business with someone that does what they say they are going to do. In fact he goes the extra mile to make transactions fast and convenient as long as the customer provides everything asked for in their due diligence.
