Had to exchange a shirt and it was handled seamlessly in record time. Ended up purchasing additional shirt. I am not a shopper, but this was the best experience I have ever had.

Very helpful customer service. Josh helped my husband exchange an online return and was willing to place a new order for him free of charge. However the shirt my husband wanted was out of stock so he will text us once it’s restocked to place the order. Highly recommend this place and it’s in a great location in Dallas.

Untuckit has a nice selection of shirts that fit various body types. They also have a nice selection of pants and outer wear as well. Staff is friendly and attentive. They also have some good sale items and selection.

What a great experience. I came in at opening 10am on Tuesday 8/2/2023 with an emergency... I just flew into Dallas for a work trip, and needed a shirt ASAP that fits good, looks good, and that my wife doesn't hate. I also lost my belt... All I have to say is INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I got a belt and an awesome shirt in no time flat, steam pressed it for me so I can put it on, and a recommendation on where to grab coffee nearby. I even made it to my meeting early. 5 stars

I love the selection here really nice comfortable store and decent prices on shirtsReid and Justin were really good hosts and helpedme make a good selection and Evan steamed the shirt so it would be ready for my wedding. I even got to try some bourbon while looking around!!

Very pushy staff. I was in the store and in less than a minute was being pressured to order something not in the store. I just wanted to look around, but that's not what they had in mind.
