Customer Service is a 100/10 at this location! Jared was FANTASTIC; he helped with frustrating amazon returns and went above & beyond finding boxes to ship all my stuff back. I’ve been at this location multiple times for various shipping needs & the entire staff has always been friendly.

I usually have great experiences at this UPS Store and have been a frequent customer for some time. However, during my visit today, I had an unpleasant interaction that I feel needs to be addressed. I was directed to use the kiosk to process a return, and the young man assisting me, a young male, bald with a mustache made some inappropriate and unprofessional comments. I didn’t catch his name, but whether he was joking or not, he got loud and started commenting on where I should be shopping and what’s “age-appropriate” for me.
This type of behavior was completely out of line. I’ve never had an issue with customer service at this location before, which made this interaction even more disappointing. Associates should focus on helping customers complete their transactions efficiently and respectfully. Personal opinions or commentary have no place in the process.
I hope management takes this seriously and provides additional training if needed. Professionalism and respect should always be a priority when dealing with customers.

This place deserves a 5 stars for real. I go here all the time to return online purchases or mail things in general and it is always so easy. The people that work there are literally so nice and so helpful. They always go out of their way to assist you and show you all your options for whatever you are aiming to get done. No notes.

This is by far the best UPS in Dallas right now! Everyone who works there is so kind and patient with you. The last two times I’ve been there was to drop off massively large packages. They had me each time in and out in under 5 minutes. Never did I think going to a UPS would be so smooth. Highly recommend.

Though the store was busy, Adrian and his co worker were effective and efficient; Adrian managed this while spoon feeding me--I needed more help than I should've needed. If Adrian was running the world, the world would be a much better place. Thank you so.

I used them for multiple printing services and the customer service was amazing! Jared & David quickly helped me and ensured that my printing was up to my specifications and size.

Such a lazy staff. Redirecting customers to the self use kiosk when no one is actually busy nor is there a line. This seems to be normal practice and a reoccurring issue here.
I Suppose fraternizing with each other is more important than serving customers. This is the only location I experience this issue. Very disappointing as an avoid ups member.

Just wanted to drop a review . I came into this store yesterday and the staff were phenomenal. Many thanks to Jared he was so helpful with my print job and he had a great sense of humor and definitely brightened my day. Stop by at this location for your printing and shipping needs. By far the best location in Dallas.

I was visiting UPS in Riverfront in Dallas Tx. CSR Adreyan was so helpful and very caring. He showed me how to do my returns and I had 20 individual items. I left with sure comfort of my returns back to original provider

I bought a painting from a Gallery in the Dallas Design District UPS store was the lowest pack and ship quote by 50 percent among the local choices. Expediting the pickup, packing and shipping was easy via email and one primary phone call. The painting was perfectly packed in a Styrofoam liner, with layers of bubble wrap and cardboard protecting the picture. The staff was easy to work with. They know what to do! Standard shipping to the Chicago suburbs took two days. I would work with them again and highly recommend this UPS Store for fine art. Dan Dooley Chicago, IL

The UPS Dallas folks are AWESOME!!! I'm in NJ and used them a couple times to pick up, package up, and ship my auction winnings and they have been a pleasure to work with and have done a wonderful job. I feel completely confident in letting them handle the entire thing. I look forward to working with them in the future if and when I get lucky again, ha!
