Excellent service from Emanuel! He help me make copies of what I needed and answered all my questions. I went during the day and there was plenty of parking, and no wait with multiple people available to help. Appreciated the friendly staff, cleanliness, fast service! Will definitely come back again!

Way to Go UPS OakLawn! For years I've been coming to this location. Consistently fast, friendly, and fair prices. Today it was Emanuel who went above and beyond to get me going with a last minute printing project. That’s after going to a FedEx close by, whom wanted to charge me around $15 just to help me in addition to the steep last minute printing fees.

These guys are the worst. Every time I have a package delivered they don't even get out of their truck, they just immediately mark it as failed to deliver and then I have to go waste an hour out of my day driving to and back from the closest store. And I work from home so i'm always sitting there waiting.

Quinton was so patient and helpful with helping me figure out what size boxes to get to ship somethings. Not sure if you can recommend him. But overall all the gentlemen there welcomed me in but I had to say Thanks Quinton!

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was all of the miniature cars and trucks showing the evolution of ups and their vehicles over time. These were collectible items and I thought it was so cool and unique to walk into a UPS store that had a small Museum exhibit for lack of better. At any rate, the manager Leighton helped me find a solution that saved me $80 and both Craig and Quentin were obviously working hard and had great attitudes. It's the little things in life you know so the next time I need to ship a package, I won't go to FedEx or any other UPS Store even if I have to drive a little out of my way. Thanks guys!
