I've enjoyed each and every customer interaction with Alex over the past three years! Alex always shows excellent communication skills and consistently exceeds my service expectations. On a personal level, he's charismatic and well-spoken, both qualities that have served him well in his role running this UPS Store. Alex deserves a huge retention bonus/pay boost due to his dedication to the business. Alex is the face of this UPS Store.

Paid $122 for overnight shipping and the package was not delivered because they left it in the refrigerator. The store manager then called said I could come up there tomorrow and get a refund and then pay to ship it off again. SERIOUSLY this is a perishable item that’s extremely expensive and I’m dealing with this.

It's 6:20pm on Tuesday, the sign says it closes at 6:30pm and the doors are locked and nobody is inside. I just needed to drop off my packages that take a minute at the most. Waste of a trip and my time. If you close before closing time, update the time.
