This UPS Store has amazing customer service! The staff is fast, friendly, and makes returns super easy. Always a smooth and stress-free experience. The customer beforehand that left a 1 Star review was very disrespectful I witnessed it this morning don’t let that guy ruin this great establishment!

Unprofessional and Combative Service at UPS Store #6421 – Avoid This Location
Whoever the Hispanic worker is at The UPS Store #6421 (Live Oak & Skillman) should not be handling front-line customer issues — he completely failed in professionalism.
He was visibly upset about a review I had previously written. When I returned to the store to get a reprint of my receipt, he became very combative over the fact that I left a negative review. This occurred while I was on the phone with my bank (Capital One).
I have a full recording of our interaction and will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB for this location.
To UPS Corporate: Please review store security footage for 8/12/25 between approximately 10:45–11:00 AM. This behavior does not reflect the service and commitment customers expect from UPS.
🚫 Recommendation: Find another UPS location — do not give this store your business.

Exceptional customer service with little to no wait time—and they even have a monogramming machine! We rely on them regularly for all our real estate marketing materials, from bi-fold brochures and envelopes to handouts and sandwich boards. I’ve also had three backpacks and several beach towels monogrammed so far. Photos coming soon!

They were very busy but well-staffed. My expectations were exceeded because I believed I was going to have to wait in line for a few minutes. I waited less than a minute when someone was called from the back.

UPS store 6421 has helped me more times than I can count! The employees there are always so sweet and so attentive. I have done so much printing, both big and small and I have never been disappointed! I will always come to this store for Ann future printing and shipping needs!
