BIG WORD OF CAUTION: It costs 3$ per page of the print service. I only printed B/W pages. I was charged 13$ (including tax) for FOUR pages. [receipt included below]
Whether you own a business or not, I would advocate trying to take as much in-house as possible because the cost of the UPS is not worth it.
You'll make it up within 3-4 services & if you own a business, you can write-it off.
Only upside is that the staff is friendly.

Every single person was absolutely pleasant. This was my very first experience with this particular UPS Store and it didn’t disappoint. I absolutely recommend patronizing this UPS!

The staff was completely horrible. My grand mother is 89 years old. Currently because of the new IF laws she has to have a birth certificate to get her drivers license renewed but in order to do so we need a notary to sign. The lady refused to sign it after seeing the Drivers license was expired and me explaining the situation and showing her that the thing we needed signed it was a birth certificate application. It wasn’t the fact that she wouldn’t sign but how rude she and the manger was about the situation.

I absolutely love coming to this UPS Store! Karen and her manager Maria 💕💕 are amazing every single time. Their energy is always positive, and they go above and beyond to make things quick and easy. I always leave with a smile on my face. Thank you both for making errands feel like a good vibe moment every time!

Dropped off two returns for Amazon yesterday around 5 pm and they are still sitting on them more than 24 hours later. The young lady said they will get to it when they have time. Drove by and they aren't busy...sounds like laziness to me. Us another store, they are all franchises. Give your business where the staff doesn't blow patron's off.

I have never been charged for a return. Every other UPS I have been to will box it up for you and return it free of charge. The lady that was helping me was very rude. I was also returning my AT&T equipment, she said we only take the internet box…even though I had the cords too. Even though AT&T says they would like the cords back, she still refused to take the cords. She was rude. Never coming back to this UPS.

Honestly, if I could give this location 0 stars, I would.
I just did a drop off at this location and when I walked in, not a word was said to me. It was as if I didn’t exist. There were three women working at the time and not one of them acknowledged me. Only one of them was with a customer, so I will cut her some slack. I walked up to the counter where one lady came over and asked me what I needed. Not once did she said “hello” or “how are you today?”… you know normal greetings. I actually spoke to her and said “HELLO HOW ARE YOU DOING?” and she said “I’m good”. Another customer walked in and all three of the women immediately spoke to him (caucasian man). Shortly after a Caucasian woman walked in and she was spoken to immediately, in unison by all three of the women again. Even the one who was still with a customer. I immediately said out loud “it’s interesting that everyone found their voice when these other two customers walked in but when I walked in I was ignored”. Everyone stood there looking dumbfounded. As I was walking out all three of the women said good bye while snickering.
This type of treatment is absolutely unacceptable and after reading a few of the previous reviews… looks like poor customer service is a regular for this location.
If anything happens to my packages… I know exactly why and who.

They are NOT honest about shipping prices and options. Do NOT ship out from this store.
I went to to ship a small bubble mailer it weighed .08, and was smaller than a standard envelope. It costed 7.49. Seemed slightly excessive but I was fine with it. The next week I mailed out of the exact same size envelope, and it weighed .05. They tried to charged me over $14. I said that there had to be a cheaper option I didn’t pay that much the week before and the clerk magically found a 11.21 option. I pulled up a picture of my receipt and showed the clerk that i wanted the same type of shipping I got last time and she refused to do the 7.49 shipping. Both were domestic packages, both contained similar items. She just refused saying that the cashier last time must’ve messed up because they don’t offer that type of shipping. 5 days apart? Really? I would recommend you stay away from this store without a premade shipping label.
The clerk pretending like she can’t ring it up the same and charging me an extra $3.22 is absolutely ridiculous. The items weren’t even worth the shipping cost.

you want friendly and cheerful, head somewhere else. You get the feeling the clerks here resent you. and don't mind reminding you in a passive aggressive fashion.

This is my go to store when it comes to printing and creating banners. They have the fastest turnaround times I’ve ever worked with. And the affordable pricing that is offered is really helpful when trying to stretch a budget. Highly recommend!
And if you are a non profit organization please make sure to talk to management about any volume print deals they may be able to offer!

Waiting on a package to arrive then you get a message “sorry we missed you, we will try again tomorrow “. You didn’t miss me, I’ve been home all day waiting. You just lie and never attempted to deliver.
