I really love this store and the people who work there. Have had a mailbox at this location for several years, sending and receiving a lot of packages and find everyone to be so helpful and friendly.

I am a regular customer to UPS store and I am so happy by Maria’s outstanding service. She is incredibly helpful, quick and trustworthy. She is professional, friendly with a smile, and has good rapport with customers. Thank you Maria!

The Hispanic lady “Maria” was very rude today, I returned some shoes from Venus. she didn’t greeted me on a personal basis but proceeded to act as if I was a burden to take care of. I used to do my happy returns with FedEx and never had this issue, she said one of the boxes was too big it was a pair of boots !! How big can that box be????? I asked well if I take them out can u take them and her answered was like I don’t know !! You should know I’m pretty sure I haven’t been the only one returning a pair of boots.. after talking to customer service she agreed to take the boots without the box.. very rude didn’t even say nothing thank you or I’m sorry you have to go through this.. I’ll not not not visit this store again..

I probably would've given this place a 5 star if the workers didn't think I was an UPS employee because I had on a brown sweatshirt and didn't help me. My medical brain thought something was wrong with all of them. It shouldn't matter what a person has on, asking "can I help you" is a universal statement used across the board with any establishment.

My wife orders tons of clothes online and returns most of them so we're in here pretty often. UPS makes the returns so easy. They even take our USPS returns as well. Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy.

I don’t generally write reviews, but I feel compelled to rave about the superb service I received from “Maria” at the 4848 Lemmon Ave store in Dallas, TX. She always goes above and beyond with her kindness and help! She is friendly and has really been wonderful whenever I come in.

I had a bad experience at another store and it made me appreciate how good my local Dallas UPS is. I am in often to ship and pick up packages. I’ve rarely had to wait and the staff is always efficient and helpful. Great location.

Went there to get a signature for a witness the clerks at the front desk Tim and Daniela were trying to tell me what I needed and that I was wrong and Daniela said something to Tim about me in Spanish and she said that she refused to help me and at that point she got the manager and she knew exactly what I needed and did it with no problem… it was just an awful experience and it was like they didn’t want to help because I was black or something…. Manager saved the day so thank you to her but the other two needed some retraining on customer service… don’t think I would come back to this store based on the rudeness of Tim and Daniela they acted as if I was a burden to them the manager Maria helped and understood… I don’t understand the 10 dollar fee for a notary and when I asked why Tim basically huffed and slammed the statement as to explain why… I don’t think they’re a fan of black peoples
