  They are a low volume store. Can’t handle a lot of packages even if they have labels already that just need to be scanned in. White guy always makes it very complicated every time he is there. All of the other staff is always friendly and just scans everything making the process smooth.

  $2 to print out a shipping label is ridiculous. They do have good customer service and the location is convenient, but talk about price gouging for a piece of paper and some ink.

  Hunter is truly amazing. So nice and attentive. Always willing to help every time I stop by. He really does make things easier. I will continue coming back to this location…even though I live in Plano haha. It’s worth the drive. Thank you Hunter!!!!!

  Don’t waste your time, instead go to the UPS at: 1914 Skillman
  
  Have experienced poor customer service multiple times. This location won’t ship things other UPS locations will, and employees refer to “owner’s rules” as excuse for this location’s poor customer service.
  
  I was turned away by Hunter today “we are unable to ship this package”, so I drove to UPS 1914 Skillman and had no problem. Shay shipped my package within minutes…take your business elsewhere

  I never leave reviews being new to Dallas and not being familiar with many places. However, I am always happy to visit this store! I am highly impressed with how fast and helpful they are. They are even open on Sundays… A BIG PLUS! ? I stop here every Sunday morning to finish off my errands for the weekend and the employees are always happy to help me. I trusted them to ship a valuable collectible to my mother in New York a couple months ago and it arrived in perfect condition all in under $50. Another time I came in on a Monday afternoon. Line was to the door. Young gentleman and lady at the desk got through the line like champs and with great attitudes. Way to go! After reading the bad reviews I’m convinced people simply can’t read instructions. This is not an Amazon store, this is a UPS store. What Amazon does is not their fault people!!!

  This is supposed to be a certified Amazon return location where you bring in the product and QR and they take care of the rest. The UPS employee wanted to upsell me on buying packaging supplies. When I refused the guy was annoyed and tried to imply that he could not vouch for it's safe return to Amazon if I didn't pay for extra packaging.
