I’ve been meaning to post this review for a while now. I witnessed an outstanding lady named Tiffanie a while back handle a difficult customer with amazing professionalism. She took the time to listen, stayed calm, and worked patiently to resolve the issue. By the end of the conversation, the customer left happy and satisfied. Tiffanie went above and beyond, turning a negative experience into a positive one with her exceptional care and attention which is why I continue to use the UPS store.

I have had my company mailbox here since 2019 and throughout this time I have always received reliable and professional service. Wray is friendly, professional and cares about his customers. I highly recommend this UPS Store!

I ran low on my medication so my daughter paid to ship my medication to our place in Colorado. She entrusted them with the package to the UPS store and they told her that it was not a problem and they would deliver within a few days. The tracking stated that it had been delivered to my front porch in Edwards, CO. Unfortunately, it was never delivered to my address. I called the store to have them check into it and track my package for real and find out what happened to it. They told me they would investigate the delivery and have an answer for me within 10 days. In the meantime, they called my daughter and basically told her they were not going to spend much time looking for my package because it was not “valuable”. I think every package that is entrusted to them should be considered important enough to get it to the person it was intended for because that is what the sender paid for! I will probably NEVER ship anything….valuable or not with UPS ever again!

This is an update on my lost package. I never heard back from the UPS store as to what happened to my package with my medication in it. I had my daughter send another package USPS because I did not trust UPS to get it to me or even care that I never received the original package! USPS at least got it to me! I will NEVER use UPS again! Worst customer service ever! I doubt that they even tried to locate my missing package!! Do not accept a package if you do not even care what happens to it or where it ends up!!

I have been a box holder at this location for a few years and want to leave a review for Wray Brown. He is always professional, helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. Many other locations are less expensive but the reason I keep my box at this location is the great service I get from Wray. Steve Box 122

I usually go to a UPS store downtown, and it is wonderful... They print off labels for me... And I'm sure a few times they've charged me like $.50. And that's fine but usually they don't. THIS store charged me three dollars per label. These are labels that are already pre-paid for by the company that I am returning them to. They did inform me that I would be charged for it, and I said that's fine... Assuming that it would be like $.10 or something. As I stood there, I watched another customer as he made a lady pay a dollar to drop her post office box with him even though the postman was coming any minute and he wouldn't even have to store her package. This guy nickels and dimes everyone and told me that he has for 20 years and that I should go to a different UPS store next time. And I said no problem I will never be back.
